This property is about 8 minute walk into town to the Gatlinburg strip. Check-in was easy. The property was quiet at night. Very close to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking was plentiful, rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of cookware and dishes for a large family. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would visit here again. Location was great.

Nice condo within walking distance to the sites and shopping in Gatlinburg. The home was stocked with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms. We took advantage of the pool that was clean and had lounge chairs. Would stay again when in Gatlinburg.

The place was very clean and had a welcoming feel. There was a small glitch with the door code but the host was easily reachable and fixed very quickly. My only thing is I thought the pool was located closer to the unit.ri Other than that would totally stay there again.

We loved our short stay in Gatlinburg! The rental was very clean and well stocked. It was just a short walk to the main road & we even got to see some local black bears at the entrance to the condo complex one morning while walking back from breakfast! Host communication was excellent and all instructions for check in/out were very clear. We would definitely stay again!

The place was immaculately clean and well-stocked! Check in/out was very easy. Location is great—walking distance to the strip and aquarium, Anakeesta, etc. our kids loved the spiral staircase and loft. Lots of bears active around the property so definitely keep food put away and kids close by. We would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great location - convenient walking distance to downtown. We were very comfortable in the townhouse...a home away from home and we loved the added touch of Christmas decorations. Would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay, place was clean and located within minutes of the main strip. We had issues with 2 of the showers leaking, I texted the owner to make them aware, and they got them fixed that same day. A
