Briggs Farm is a lovely, centrally located neighborhood near the Point Judith. Enjoy a quick drive to Narragansett Town Beach, Scarborough Beach, or Roger Wheeler Beach. Only minutes from the Pier area, local restaurants, shopping, cafes, and the Block Island Ferry!

An updated kitchen and living room space greet guests, on the first floor, in addition to a bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs you can expect two more bedrooms with AC window units and another full bathroom! There are also fans throughout the whole home to keep everyone cool and comfortable!

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
