Three Palms ~ Relaxing Waterfront Retreat with Heated Pool NEWLY RENOVATED

Enjoy all the peace and tranquility this beautiful, newly renovated canal front home has to offer. Swim in the heated pool or relax on the sun drenched patio as you enjoy the expansive water views. You may spot a Bald Eagle or Osprey in the sky or possibly a Dolphin playing in the canal.

Three Palms offers a spacious primary bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom which includes a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen sized beds and offer views of the water. All bedrooms are equipped with large screen tv's. The secondary bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The brightly lit kitchen includes all the standard appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessities for cooking and dining.

If getting on the water is what you have in mind, you are steps away from the local Marina which rents boats and offers fishing charters. If you plan on brining your own boat, Three Palms has130' of seawall and includes a dock with a 10,000 pound rated lift. Several popular restaurants, shops, bars and grocery stores are within walking distance.

Our host was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. Great location & we could walk to many restaurants & shops! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Marco Island!

I enjoyed my stay a lot here. Tons of restaurants super close and the property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Overall an excellent choice!

Perfect vacation home!

Beautifully decorated and well equipped vacation home. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The host was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back!

We had such a nice time staying at this home. It was perfect for kiddos with a travel crib, booster seat & a safety gate provided around the pool which was a nice surprise (not shown in pictures). The location was perfect with a quick drive to the beach and a lot of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. We really appreciated the communication given by the host. She would get back to us within 5 minuets and if we needed something she did not hesitate to provide. She was great. The reason I gave this VRBO a 4 star is we felt it was missing a few amenities. We wished there were more pillows, beach towels & lounge chairs. We also wish there were more hooks for hanging towels & wet clothing in the bathrooms. Overall a great place!

Beautiful Marco Island Rental

The house was absolutely perfect. Exactly as described. Very clean and had lots of towels and linens. The pool and dock were so relaxing and we had a wonderful time. Our family home we usually stay at was full, so we stayed here and will be coming back for sure! Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly reccomend!

This was a wonderful property to enjoy an incredible day in the lanai overlooking canal. We even saw a lone dolphin so close it was breathtaking. The property and owner were tremendously great. Very clean and very equipped with all new items and home updates that were wonderful. Walking to many great places. Excellent stay for sure. ENJOY LIKE WE DID.

Great House/Great Location

This house was everything we expected. It was well equipped and nicely decorated. The location was great as there were many resturant and shopping options all within walking distance from the house. My wife and I were only there for few days but wished we could have stayed much longer. Host was easy to work with and communicate with as well. No issues at all and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Marco.

Relaxing Family Time

The property was completely updated and so cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our group of 8. We had 6 adult kids with us. The outside was so comfortable…plenty of seating. We rented a boat for two days so dock was a plus. Plenty of kitchen items to cook a great meal. Very nice grill that we used twice. Location was great…the Speak Easy restaurant was literally across the street on the water. Highly recommend…we will be back!

Perfect at the Three Palms

Everything was brand new. We felt very grateful to be their first guest. This is an absolutely great place to stay for the month. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Perfect location, we walked to the Speak Easy Resturant on the water, right around the corner. We were welcomed with our fur baby. We loved the screened in patio and pool. Fished off the dock, Friendly neighbor hood. Great for walking. The owners are available and attentive. It's a true fun, lovely paradise. Can't wait to return.
