Luxury cottage in Interlochen forest!

Summary:
Enjoy some quiet time or a fun getaway in this brand new one bedroom cottage. The home is located in Interlochen across the street from Duck Lake, minutes from the world-renowned Interlochen Center for the Arts. Walk 0.5 miles to Interlochen State Park or stroll through acres of private woods behind the home. For skiing and other winter activities, Crystal Mountain is less than 30 minutes away. The home is ideal for two guests, but can accomodate two others on a sofa bed in the living room.

The Space:
Whole home water filtration system so no smelly, foul tasting water! The home has an open floor plan with a single large open space for both the kitchen and living area. There is one bedroom with a queen bed which opens into both the main living area and the bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access the entire living area and outdoor space, but not the attached garage (which is used for boat storage). No one will have access to the garage during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Small, quaint neighborhood in heavily forested land bordering Duck Lake. Lots of walking trails including connections to Interlochen State Park and Interlochen Academy.

Other Things to Note:
This home sits on acres of beautiful forested land that has walking trails. It also has a gas fire pit for gathering around in the evenings.
Guests can access Duck Lake by a very short walk to Interlochen State Park which is at the end of the road. Interlochen State Park has a beach with designated swimming area, concession store, kayak/boat launches and a picnic shelter.
It is a perfect home base for observing the fall colors, summer and winter activies!
