It is 1.4 miles from Kingsport Downtown , 8 miles to Bays Mountain and a walking distance to Holston Valley Medical Center.

Thank you so much for an exceptional stay. Everything worked out great and I appreciated all the love put into this home away from home. Location is very convenient to everything. The host is a charm to work with, This house was well equipped and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Cute house

the house was super cute and just what we were looking for in a nice quite neighborhood, not far from our activities at the Meadowview Conference Center.

The property owner was very sweet, but that home was absolutely horrendous. I couldn’t even stay the night there. I’m saddened by this because there’s a lot of potential, but unfortunately, I don’t think in that neighborhood. The neighborhood was sketchy as all get out and the inside of the home was just filthy. While there was no clutter, it was more so the filth. You couldn’t use the dishes without washing them, the fridge had brown smudges in the inside and outside. It was just not clean. The smoke smell mixed with dirty dog was so strong. If you have asthma problems, do not book here. My son had some serious wheezing. Overall, just don’t stay unless you want to be disappointed. Again, the owner was very sweet. I hate to leave a bad review, but there needs to be a little bit more transparency in the listing.

Please read other reviews before relying on this special case. I am sure you said that you made great friends with the neighbors ? The neighborhood didn't't bother you then. It is in the description that the neighborhood is run down , but safe. People are nice and nobody bothers anyone. I have explained to you that we had people that stayed who we believe smoked inside the unit. I brought over brand new pillows and even the ozone machine . Maybe it didn't help , but I gave you full refund back. We repainted the walls by now. Hopefully you will find peace . Thanks for your review and good luck to the other host who welcomes you.
