Centrally located and updated beach retreat in resort-style community!
In this new and well maintained community in Crystal Beach, you will have a view of the pool and palm trees from the balcony of our home. The beach is a beautiful 5-10 minute stroll.
All 3 bedrooms and the main living space is equipped with smart screen HDTVs. Kitchen has all the tools you need to cook, bake or make a margarita! For the littlest guests, we offer a pack-n-play with an approved mattress, high chair and baby gates. In the bunk room, you'll find activities to keep the kids busy. There is a full size washer and dryer available for use, as well as, and iron and ironing board. We know beach towels take up space when packing so we offer beach towels for you to use! In the garage, we have beach games, toys, and chairs with a wagon to take all the fun to beach. There are also 2 grills for use - one electric and one charcoal.
The resort-style community pool is just steps from the front door and the perfect place to wake up or unwind.

Growing up on the east coast, we grew accustomed to having water nearby. After moving to land-locked Colorado, we missed the beach and discovered Destin while on a trip with friends. Seeing the clear, emerald water and white sand, we dreamed of owning a property here! A couple of years later and in a “pinch me” moment we were able to make our dream come to fruition. When here, we feel as if we are in paradise and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our community leaves us feeling like we are in a tropical dream with the view of the palm trees and pool. Right outside of our community, we love taking walks down the streets to look at all the homes from charming cottages to modern beach mansions!
