We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It’s located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to campus and downtown Burlington. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owners were friendly and very responsive to our questions. We will definitely be renting this house for our next visit.

The home was beautiful and impeccably clean.Well stocked kitchen and large yard with outdoor seating.Ample parking.The location was mintes away from all attractions.The neighborhood was lovely. One of theneighbors gave us a boquet of flowers from her garden while we were out for a walk.Overall a wonderfully postive exoerience.Highly recommend this property.

our hosts were genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great stay and were very accommodating. the unit itself is clean, conveniently located in a safe neighborhood and supplied with ample accoutrements for a pleasant stay. would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay in Burlington

We had a great time during our recent stay in Burlington - the house was perfect for our family trip and in a perfect location. The owners were great and any questions we had were responded to quickly. Would def love to come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Indoor and outdoor spaces worked well for our family. Property was very nicely maintained.

Long Burlington Weekend

Very nice place. Easy walk to shopping, dining, and campus. Host is very nice and accomodating. Make note it only has double beds.

Yes, as specified on our listing, FULL beds (aka. Double) in each of the three bedrooms. New hybrid mattresses, too ; )

Lovely stay

This property worked very well for us as my daughter was recovering from surgery. It was close to UVM and her appointments. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and requests.

Perfect stay

Perfect location. Walkable to all things, especially UVM. The house exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and quiet, in a nice neighborhood. Very private with a side entrance, and well appointed. Owners were also great. We hope to stay there again!

Solar eclipse extraordinaire

My husband and I and two good friends one of whom, was a science teacher inspired us to take a six hour drive to Burlington to experience the solar eclipse. We were so fortunate to find this home hosted by Eric and Rachel Jacobs. It was exceptionally clean and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Little did we know that in a seating area outside on the property , we would have ringside seats to the spectacular show of the solar eclipse. It was a once in a lifetime experience. We were enthralled to be able to enjoy it all to ourselves at this comfortable and delightful house. Mr. Jacobs was welcoming , gracious and accommodating and we are so grateful to have spent such an exciting time here. Burlington is charming and we had a great lunch at The Daily Planet.

Eric was easy to communicate with and was super accommodating! Super clean rooms with everything you could need. Great location with perfect walking distance to downtown.
