Fall weekend

Relaxing fall weekend on the Manistee river. This property is as advertised, clean, on the riverfront, had all the amenities we expected and a good location to small town shopping and eating. Recommend!!

Wonderful Place

Absolutely loved this place!!!! Will definitely go back. Very clean. Went for a girl's weekend to float the river and we were not disappointed. Can't wait for next year!!

Perfect Long Weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The river is so beautiful, and the cabin was perfect for my husband and I to have a home base while we were in the area for the orv trails. Having used the Livery in the past for river floats, we knew and were ready for how busy it gets on the weekend. You are right in the parking lot, so there will be people everywhere during business hours. Like, everywhere including sitting on both of your decks while they wait for their ride. Not a big deal for us, but just a heads up. But the cabin itself had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, the trailer was pretty nice. I am always surprised to stay somewhere that has fewer basic amenities than a holiday inn express. Would recommend bringing your own hair dryer, iron, shampoo, body wash, etc, as these didn’t seem to be present anywhere. Convenient location to Grayling and the Manistee being in the backyard was nice. Lots of road noise as the trailer is right on M-72. Would probably stay here again, but would just have different expectations going into it.
