This home is equipped with everything you need for a day on South Beach, State Beach or nearby Long Point. Perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway, your home away from home awaits.

The home's timeless interior offers a sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace, a hallway opening to a large, bright, modern kitchen featuring a Viking range and large dining table. Ample counter space and a wall of built-ins are the perfect complement to family and friends that enjoy cooking together. A gas grill and outdoor seating are only a few steps away from the kitchen. The adjacent family room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, generous seating and a unique wall of open shelving that defines the space into the spacious primary suite. Two large bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor round out this charming getaway. In true Vineyard style, two outdoor showers flank the home.

We are long time MV Vacationers. We've experienced many different properties. This was one of our favorites due to the location, floor plan and amenities. We would definitely stay again if our desired week was available.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house is spacious and clean and is in a nice quiet area while still being only a few minutes from downtown Edgartown. We definitely recommend it!

Beautiful home in a lovely setting in the woods.Located in Edgartown, it's centrally located for easy trips to all the surrounding communities. The owner was very helpful in recommending restaurants, hiking trails and local sights of interest.

Our time on Martha’s Vineyard couldn’t have been better. The house was perfect for our family and the location worked so well for us with our baby. Eri was wonderful to work with—always quick to respond and genuinely thoughtful, which made the whole stay feel effortless.

Very good location in Edgartown. Close to supermarket. House had all the amenities needed. Comfortable accommodation, spacious enough for the family. Would definitely come back.

Simply put…a great experience from start to finish. The house was clean, welcoming and had everything we could ask for. The host Eri is informative and extremely responsive to any questions that might arise. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Quiet and peaceful home !

My family had a great stay ! The location is perfect! 9 mins to South Beach and close to downtown Edgartown ! Host was very responsive to any questions and allowed us to check in early. Note, we did have to bring our own beach umbrellas and more beach towels, but otherwise house has everything else we needed! Would stay again and recommend to family.

Absolutely perfect for our first Vineyard visit

We came for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property. Clean, beautiful setup, awesome kitchen, easy to find, comfy beds and comfy furniture. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Thank you so much!

Fantastic stay at Eri’s. The house is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from Norton Point and downtown Edgartown. The house was perfect - super clean, well laid out, and perfect for our family. We had a family of 4 join us for a night and we were still perfectly comfortable. Eri was so responsive and checked in on us a few times to make sure all was good. Best rental we have had in our 13 years vacationing on MV! Thanks Eri!

The house was fabulous. Extremely clean, even glass shelves were sparkling. It was very well equipped with anything you could need in the kitchen. The master bedroom on the first floor actually has a king size bed not a queen which was great for us. It is huge with a giant walk-in closet. TV ‘s all over the place. The house was obviously refurbished not long ago. They had high-end appliances such as a Viking stove top and high-quality cookware. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement although we didn’t use it. There’s plenty of parking. It’s easy to get to and about a mile from downtown Edgerton. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely stay there again next time we go back to Martha’s Vineyard.

Wonderful stay! Super clean home, well outfitted kitchen, great layout for family, and great host communications. Location is peaceful and accessible. Bike path super close for getting to town and skipping the parking, or to the farm for wonderful produce. Great stay all around!
