Sophisticated and stylish, this Edgartown home is perfectly tucked away yet minutes to in-village activities, bike path, and beaches! Equipped with Central Air, this open floor plan is highlighted by a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flexible dining space, and comfortable living room that are great for time with Family & Friends as you ready meals or prepare for a day at the beach. First floor offers a master suite with a queen bed as well as a separate private entrance to second bedroom including a queen bed and twin trundle and the convenience of a half bath and access to the private outdoor shower. Second level is perfectly appointed with center living room flanked by a large master suite with king bed and a second large bedroom with two double beds, accompanying twin trundles, and a full bath. Property includes deck, patio furniture, and grill with a nice yard and outdoor shower complete this vacation sanctuary and are perfect for outdoor entertaining during the summer months. A nice .5 mile wooded walk to Morning Glory Farm with access to other nature trails along the way. Perfect balance of close to all of your favorite amenities with quiet serenity of Vineyard living.

Great secluded place and only 10 minutes from the center of Oaks Bluff and even closer to the Edgartown center. The backyard was great for the dog and there is plenty of space for large families to interact

Off the beaten path

The cottage was Beautiful. Granted we were there on business but it was great at the end of a long day to go back to a nice quiet home.

Great Time on Martha’s Vineyard

We enjoyed this house, outside Edgartown. Well maintained and excellent for us and friends. For bikers be advised that the location requires a relatively short ride over a dirt road from the main paved road.

Great getaway

This was a perfect spot for a brief winter getaway. The house is cozy and nicely laid out. We were very comfortable there during a winter storm. The host was wonderful to work with.

Oasis of Calm

This was our second visit to this Property, in an off-road section of Edgartown that we lovingly describe as the 100-acre-wood (a la AA Milne). The home is fabulous with every imaginable amenity. A perfect retreat from the hectic lives we lead. The homeowners are incredibly helpful and responsive. If ever we picked up and headed north permanently, we would want a place just like this!

Excellent Stay

The home is in great condition, provides a lot of privacy and a great fenced in yard. It is situated away from the hustle and bustle of summertime on Martha's Vineyard, but only a quick drive from many of the major attractions. I'd recommend others to check it out!

Great Family Home & Peaceful

The house was fantastic for 8 adults! There was plenty of space for all & the outdoor shower was a treat. It was so quiet & peaceful for sleeping & a very restful spot. We were in town for a family wedding & everything was perfect , including our host Ryan who gave us wonderful recommendations of places to go. Thank you so much for helping in creating great memories!

Central location at great clean, updated property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! It was a great location to explore both Edgartown and Oak Bluffs but also had a little bit of a remoteness feel given that it's on a dirt road. It was very clean, updated, and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed cooking, eating out back on the deck, and relaxing. Seamless arrival and departure and the owner was very responsive when we reached out. Hoping to come back next year!

Absolutely Perfect Home

We stayed at this home for the week of our wedding. The house was so close to town and located on a beautiful & quiet road. No words can describe how perfect our stay was. Clean linens, well kept home, spacious, perfect. The back yard was perfect for a small cookout with family, and our dog Chappy spent most of his time out there during our stay. If we ever decide to VRBO again on island, this will be the place!

Family vacation

We had a great week in this comfortable, clean, spacious home in Edgartown. Great location for access to Bend in the Road beach. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the patio for relaxation. The yard has beautiful hydrangeas and is well maintained. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The owner really cares about guests having everything needed for the week. The dirt road was a bit bumpy but we adjusted. Very private.

Girlfriend Getaway

My girlfriend and I stayed at this house for an extended weekend. The house is very clean and has a nice open layout. There is a master bed with attached bathroom on the main floor and another on the second level which was great for 2 gals. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to cook meals at the house. Edgartown is a lovely town with lots to do. The owner was quick to respond to a few questions and there is a little handbook in the house which was also very helpful. I would recommend this house and stay there again.

Wonderful Home in Quiet Edgartown

My family and I stayed in this home for a long weekend in February and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were three adults, a teen, a preteen, and a small dog, yet we had ample room and never felt cramped. The house is fresh, spotless, and newly updated with a great kitchen, two living areas, and ample bedroom/bathroom space. It is a close drive to shopping and dining in multiple towns, and we appreciated the thoughtful little touches placed around the house that showcased the character of Martha's Vineyard, such as the framed art, book selections, dried hydrangea arrangement, alpaca art, Jaws poster, and more. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Visit

We couldn’t have loved our stay any more. My husband, dog, and I have been coming to MV for over fifteen years...we were even married in Edgartown. The location of this home was perfect for us and we had a sensational stay. The location is close enough we could walk into Edgartown for morning coffee, but far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds. The home itself was beautiful! Fantastic layout, gorgeous backyard that was fenced in so we felt great about letting Riley out whenever she wanted...which was all the time...and a fab outdoor shower! It is also brand new and there was such thoughtfulness to the rooms. There was also fantastic a/c! Which was really needed as several of the days were so hot and humid. The owners were wonderful communicators and we were definitely well taken care of. We will for sure be back.

Perfect for our family & walkable to town.

We were thrilled. This house was beautiful and very comfortable! We were on island for a family wedding and wanted a place to relax together between events. On our Lyft ride there, it felt like a long windy dirt road to nowhere. The yard was very private and well landscaped. We went for a walk and were pleasantly surprised to be on a main road after less than a mile walking. Very pleasant walk to downtown and back. The house was very clean. There are 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house. 2 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and the people staying in the 3rd bedroom have their own bathroom just outside their room. To access the 4th bedroom, you need to go outside. That bedroom is a room with a large bed and a bathroom with no shower or tub. We ended up not even using that room.

Christmas in Edgartown Girls Weekend

Property and Owner was great. Very Comfortable for 6 girls on a shopping weekend.Owner answered all my questions promptly and even let us check in early so we could drop our bags off as we had no car and were ubering for the weekend. Lovely property. Nice Experience.

Fantastic vacation in Martha's Vineyard

Great week in Ryan's well appointed and clean Edgartown vacation rental. The layout was ideal for both privacy and gathering. Perfect location near bike paths, town and dog walks to Morning Glory Farms for relaxing meals on the back deck. Ryan made the whole rental process easy. Looking forward to our next visit!

Fun family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay the week of Labor Day and we were fortunate to have great weather. The house was very nice and the space worked great for us. There is a lot to do and I found the location to be perfect. We made lots of memories and had a great trip.

Family week and wedding

Property had just what was listed. The separate bedroom with its own entrance worked great for adult daughter. The two separate living spaces were helpful with son and family. Host was very responsive to questions and inquiries about island. I Would rent again
