Sophisticated and stylish, this Edgartown home is perfectly tucked away yet minutes to in-village activities, bike path, and beaches! Equipped with Central Air, this open floor plan is highlighted by a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flexible dining space, and comfortable living room that are great for time with Family & Friends as you ready meals or prepare for a day at the beach. First floor offers a master suite with a queen bed as well as a separate private entrance to second bedroom including a queen bed and twin trundle and the convenience of a half bath and access to the private outdoor shower. Second level is perfectly appointed with center living room flanked by a large master suite with king bed and a second large bedroom with two double beds, accompanying twin trundles, and a full bath. Property includes deck, patio furniture, and grill with a nice yard and outdoor shower complete this vacation sanctuary and are perfect for outdoor entertaining during the summer months. A nice .5 mile wooded walk to Morning Glory Farm with access to other nature trails along the way. Perfect balance of close to all of your favorite amenities with quiet serenity of Vineyard living.

This was our second time staying here. We love the clean open common space and the fact that each of us has our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is clean and open with a fenced in yard that is perfect for our dogs. We also love that we can walk into Edgartown and how close the drive is to Southbeach. The location is also perfect as it is right off of a main road and pretty much in the middle of everywhere we like to go! The host is amazing and so responsive. We hope to continue renting this house each year going forward!

We had a wonderful stay at this Martha’s Vineyard home! The house was excellent—beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our time on the island. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the Vineyard with family.The hosts were fantastic as well. They were welcoming, responsive, and made everything about our stay easy from beginning to end. We truly felt at home and appreciated the care that went into making sure we had a great experience.We’ve been coming to Martha’s Vineyard for several years, and this was definitely a memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend this home and would happily stay here again!

We loved staying here with our extended family. Ryan was a great communicator and responded immediately to any of our questions or concerns. When the grill wasn’t working- it was replaced with a new one within hours! The house was well located to be able to take a short walk to town or the beach and the the grocery store nearby.The yard was big and perfectly kept and a nice place to spend a slow morning or late afternoon.We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and amenities. Listing was accurate. The road (dirt) was a bit interesting, we weren't quite sure we had taken the right road on our arrival. All worth it however for the seclusion. Close to Edgartown and many great restaurants close by.

The home was very beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious we all had room to gather together and plenty of space to spread out. The yard is also well manicure and a great place for dogs. Love the kitchen because it’s open so we could cook together and I’ll be together in the open concept. The host was very kind and very willing to make recommendations for things to do. We had a great time.

This is such a great house in a great location. So close to so much and easy to get to nearby towns. The setup of the house is perfect for two couples with kids. We will definitely be renting again here!

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our two small dogs really enjoyed the fenced in yard and it made our stay more enjoyable. Perfect location and fantastic communication with the host. We’d love to stay here again! The house had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend a visit to Morning Glory farms for fresh baked goods, fruit & veggies and dining at 19 Raw Oyster in Edgartown -the absolute BEST restaurant! I can’t say enough about how lovely and comfortable this home was. Ahhh, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much, Ryan!

We had an amazing family vacation at Ryan’s house in Martha's Vineyard. The home was beautifully equipped and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and are already looking forward to coming back next year, and maybe even one more time before the summer ends.Originally, we were planning to bring our dog with us, but unfortunately he passed away before the trip. We did notice, though, that the house is incredibly pet-friendly and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need if traveling with pets.Ryan was a fantastic host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and anytime we needed anything, he was quick to help. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Edgartown, making it easy to get everywhere. We highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying at this house! The location was great, a short drive to downtown Edgartown, but nicely secluded in the woods. The house is very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed (but not overloaded with too much stuff!). The layout of the house gave 4 adults plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely stay here again!

Great secluded place and only 10 minutes from the center of Oaks Bluff and even closer to the Edgartown center. The backyard was great for the dog and there is plenty of space for large families to interact

Fun family vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay the week of Labor Day and we were fortunate to have great weather. The house was very nice and the space worked great for us. There is a lot to do and I found the location to be perfect. We made lots of memories and had a great trip.

The property was clean with an open floor plan. Every one had their own room and their own bathroom. The property was completely fenced in which was wonderful for our dogs. It was in a great location, close to many of the towns but removed from the road so we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Vineyard.

Off the beaten path

The cottage was Beautiful. Granted we were there on business but it was great at the end of a long day to go back to a nice quiet home.

Great getaway

This was a perfect spot for a brief winter getaway. The house is cozy and nicely laid out. We were very comfortable there during a winter storm. The host was wonderful to work with.

Excellent Stay

The home is in great condition, provides a lot of privacy and a great fenced in yard. It is situated away from the hustle and bustle of summertime on Martha's Vineyard, but only a quick drive from many of the major attractions. I'd recommend others to check it out!

Great Time on Martha’s Vineyard

We enjoyed this house, outside Edgartown. Well maintained and excellent for us and friends. For bikers be advised that the location requires a relatively short ride over a dirt road from the main paved road.

Fantastic vacation in Martha's Vineyard

Great week in Ryan's well appointed and clean Edgartown vacation rental. The layout was ideal for both privacy and gathering. Perfect location near bike paths, town and dog walks to Morning Glory Farms for relaxing meals on the back deck. Ryan made the whole rental process easy. Looking forward to our next visit!
