Nuevo condominio en el complejo Grand Venetian. La unidad tiene 2 dormitorios: un dormitorio tiene una cama king size, el otro dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen size, cada habitación tiene su propia Smart TV, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. 2 baños, cocina equipada, cómoda sala de estar, comedor, lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos y WIFI. Hermosa terraza con vistas increíbles y jacuzzi.

El complejo tiene hermosas zonas verdes, entradas cerradas y seguridad en el lugar 24/7. Hay cuatro piscinas para elegir, que incluyen dos grandes playas infinitas con impresionantes vistas del centro de Puerto Vallarta, estacionamientos subterráneos, gimnasio y canchas de tenis.
La ubicación del condominio es perfecta, a pasos increíbles. Justo al otro lado de la calle, tiene varios restaurantes y bares deliciosos, al lado tiene el centro comercial "La Isla", el cercano Costco, el centro de Puerto Vallarta y el aeropuerto a solo 15 minutos.

Hay algunas obras en construcción y un beach club cerca y aunque a la mayoría de los huéspedes no les molesta el ruido ocasional, debe tenerse en cuenta.

Grand Venetian Tower 3

The 3 buildings and common areas ae very well maintained, pools and gym were lovely, amazing ocean views from the beach and balcony. The biggest drawback (which is noted in the VRBO description) is the extremely loud music playing non stop Thur thru Sunday each week from about 2 pm till 9pm. It is so loud unable to enjoy the balcony during that time period. There unit itself is reasonably well equipped but in need of minor repairs - loose kitchen cupboards, doorframes need painting, better light bulbs in overhead fixtures and fridge, etc. On the plus side - quality bed linens, towels, etc and kitchen well equipped.

Condo in Paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the space and the view- perfect for a family to be together and allow for personal space at the same time. Had one problem with the shower not draining well and it was immediately taken care of. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was very good. We would book this location again!

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was truly breathtaking, offering stunning views that complemented the serene atmosphere. The property itself was immaculate and had been thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The condo was equally exceptional, featuring modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. What truly stood out, however, were the property managers. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Their local knowledge and informative guidance made our stay even more enjoyable, allowing us to explore the area with confidence. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.

Great Spot in PV!

Great location!! Lots of pools and close to malls and restaurants. Not too far from the Malecon. The place was clean, safe and spacious for 2 couples, it had everything needed for a very enjoyable vacation!!

Great spot, great complex, but needs TLC

We recently stayed at this prooerty for 2 weeks, this was our first time in PV. The Grand Venetian complex is great, many pools, amenities, gym and restaurant. The location is also very central with many grocery stores, shops that are walking distance. The unit itself was spacious and appeared at a first glance like the photos. But as we unpacked and settled in, we noticed many things were broken and needed fixing. There are many patches on the walls, moulding around doors missing or damaged, drawers not closing properly, both showers are clogged and don’t drain, the kitchen has the minimum supplies, there’s no additional bedding, pillows or blankets. Our first week there, the A/C in the back of the condo broke down in the bedroom area. We wasted an entire day with workers there fixing it, which they did. However a few days later, the front unit A/C broke as well. Thankfully the property manager Sergio responded promptly and suggested we move to a vacant unit. It was not ideal to pack everything up and move, but at this point it was so hot that we accepted. This was another day of our vacation spent dealing with issues of the unit. We were thankful a vacant unit was available and offered to us. Now that we back home, we reached out to the management to explain the situation and a day was credited to us. Overall, this unit needs repairs and some TLC in order to gain full stars.

Great View and Location

This property is very nicely located next to La Isla in the hotel zone in one of 3 beautiful towers with multiple pools, access to beach and shopping and not far from the airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Theses condos are a bit older and we had some maintenance issues but they responded quickly. We would stay again

Beautiful Apartment!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was PERFECT! Check-in was super easy and everything we needed was provided. AC worked great and we loved soaking in the tub on the balcony. The pools on the property were all well maintained and never crowded. We would definitely return to this place anytime we're visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Beautiful Property!

We love this property for the location and amenities! The pools are beautiful and there are plentiful restaurant options nearby, including the one on property which we enjoy. The condo is modern and well furnished. The property manager is very responsive and check in is easy. We would love to stay at this location again.

Excellent accommodations and service

We rented this suite from Jan 14-28 2024. We were a party of five and this suite was exactly what we needed. Everything was as shown in the listing and we cant say enough about Sergio, who took care of us. Communications with Sergio and Regina were easy and answered promptly. The amenities here are excellent and the on site staff were very friendly. We had seen previous reviews that warned us about the local access road to the beach and the Bar located below the suite just off the property but they were not an issue. The bar music shuts off by 9pm and is only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting around 2pm. There was some partying and noise on the public beach and access road/parking area but since the bedrooms are at the back of the suite we didn't hear it. The sunsets from the ocean view balcony are amazing and we were able to see some whales on a couple of occasions. Early morning risers can also watch the cruise ships come in to port. We did use all of the appliances including the washer/dryer and gas oven and everything worked and was in good condition. The furniture was comfortable when we were actually sitting in the suite. The water pressure in the bathroom showers were awesome. We would recommend this suite to anyone looking to stay in PV and to be near the heart of the Hotel Zone with great access to multiple pools and the beach. We are already looking at this property for 2025!

Miserable

The unit itself was nice and the communication and availability of the manager was good… the air conditioning went out for 4 out of our 6 night stay and sounded horrible the other two nights. The manager refunded us for two of the nights but I asked for the other two and they said that they couldn’t. They ended up moving us to another unit the last night which was appreciated but a pain to have to pack up and move. The noise from the club supposedly ends at 8:00 in the evening but didn’t end until nearly midnight. It is so loud that you can’t sit out on the patio and talk at night. The unit is quiet but the patio isn’t. All in all the trip was miserable!! I am very disappointed that they didn’t refund us for the other two nights!

Comfortable Condo

Condo was just as presented. Had an issue with water one day but the host was attentive and able to give us an evening option. Security was a bit too strict in that several times our guests visiting for dinner in our condo with bands were not allowed on property. The condo has great AC. So needed this time of year. Will be staying again!!

WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME IN PUERTO VALLARTA

The Condo is JUST as advertised. The Balcony is Lovely, with a great view of the water. The rooms were clean, the shower water was high pressure and hot. The unit is in a bulding, gated and protected. The Condo staff are very particular about who get's access to the property. Our Property Manager, Sergio, is the most trustworthy man you will ever meet. Twice, I needed his help accessing the safe, where I locked my US Cash, Pesos, Passport, Wallet and Keys. and he handled that for me, all while we were out on the town. I will forever be Grateful to Sergio for his calm presence / demanor and willingness to be of assistance. In a world where everyone is afraid of being taken advantage of, it's amazing to find such amazing people.

Très beau séjour

Très beau condo, tout était comme sur les photos et il manquait de rien, emplacement idéal tout est proche, très facile de communiquer avec le responsable. Température idéale chaud le jour et plus frais quand Le Soleil se couche. On a vu des baleines de notre balcon et les plus beau couché de soleil.

Nice stay close to the beach

The condo was nice, clean and well-equipped. It was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of four. We enjoyed the pools but didn't realize until the last day that the pools are different temperatures. Some are warmer than others so be sure to check out each one to see which you like best. There is a restaurant that offers poolside service which we appreciated. The food is decent and the service is friendly. The beach is a public beach so you will see a lot of locals, surfers, dogs playing happily in the sand and many vendors eager to sell you their wares. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the best location for you, but we enjoyed the local vibe and took advantage of the opportunity to rent jet skis for the kids. The ocean view from the unit is lovely but it's worth noting this unit is in Tower 3 which is set back a bit from the beach. If you want a truly beachfront unit, you need to be in Tower 2. Also, this unit is directly over a public access road full of garbage bins, porta potties and a weird waterway coming from (I assume) the mountains running into the ocean. The photos in the listing don't really show it and it's not pretty. However, just beyond that is a full, beautiful view of the beach and ocean, so just don't look straight down and you'll be fine. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, reading and listening to the surf. There is a nightclub nearby and you will hear the music on weekends but it's over by 8:00 and wasn't too disruptive. There are a few nice restaurants directly across the street and the Malecon is an easy 10-minute cab ride away. The Grand Venetian is located in the heart of the hotel zone which is a busy, bustling area with a lot of traffic and an urban feel. If you're looking for seclusion and quiet, you might consider another area of Puerto Vallarta. My husband and I honeymooned in beautiful Conchas Chinas a few years ago, but thought this location would be better for the whole family. Our teens liked being close to restaurants, ice cream, activities, etc. All in all I would recommend this property if you can look past the unsightly view directly below the unit and don't mind being a little further back from the ocean.

Loved our visit!

We loved our stay at this property! Sergio, the property manager, was excellent in communicating and welcomed us to the property. He was terrific! The view of the ocean is amazing- saw whales almost every day. The only issue we had was on certain days there is loud music from a nearby club- closing the doors helped. The owner responded quickly to our requests. This is a beautiful spot for a lovely vacation.

A Celebration Retreat

We are two couples from Arizona each celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. The 6-day stay was very special. The views, pools, hot tubs, sunsets were wonderful. Then, add in friendly people working at the property, a restaurant on site with a tasty menu, ease in getting taxis, proximity to restaurants, shopping, the marina and the airport ... We are making this an annual experience!

Perfect fit for our family. Great location with walking distance restaurants and shopping. Short taxi rides to airport and city center. Good pools, beach, and on-site restaurant. Safe and secure. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Views and Location

Wow! First thing you’ll say, as you walk inside this condo with a beautiful sunset welcoming you in the background! That’s the start of your stay…suprisingly there were fireworks in front of the condo that evening as well. The property manager, Sergio was there to meet us at the condo and easy to get a hold of if you needed assistance. Everything is conveniently located and Uber and Taxis are plentiful. The only downside would be the loud music coming from a club (at certain hours/days) if you’re a light sleeper, but it didn’t bother us in the bedrooms. It’s Mexico, just embrace the cultural differences. Overall, highly recommend and would love to return to this location again🙂

Great condo

The condo is big and well equipped. Pools are nice and it's a short walk to the ocean. The beds are comfortable and the view from the patio is phenomenal. I recommend staying here, you will love it!
