Property is very well maintained and the description online is accurate. No disappointments with our stay. Convenient short stroll to the beach. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!

Everything was great from check in to check out. Very clean, easy commute to the beach, plenty of space for our large group and puppies. Would come again!!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Out O’ Town. The house was lovely and clean. The showers in the master bathrooms were wonderful! The house was stocked well and met all our needs.

Wonderful place to visit

Beautiful house within walking distance to the beach. The house is clean and has everything you need! I highly recommend renting from Cheryle Green and have already booked again for next year!

The house checks all the boxes.

The house checks all the boxes. Incredible inside and out and extremely comportable. Everyone slept compfortable, showers, bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Beach just down the street. I would recomment highly.

Out home away from home!

Great place for family. We enjoyed our stay in Fort Morgan. The house is perfect for our needs as it is well stocked and laid out for a stay at the beach. Cheryle is a great host and has been each time we have booked with her outfit. It is quiet and easy to enjoy the Gulf coast from this location.

Family time at the beach

The house was nice and had everything we needed. The owner was prompt coming out to the property when we had problem and quickly made arrangements for repair.

Exceptional house!

Beautiful house with 2 decks. You can see and hear the ocean from the front deck, and the back deck has a beautiful sunrise. Only a couple minute walk to the beach!! Cheryl is an awesome person to rent from. We will be back next year!!

Fall Vacation

Property was very clean and in pristine condition. We really enjoyed having the privacy of 2 master suites. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The freight elevator was very handy and easy to use. Owner was friendly and checked with us several times and we had no issues. The location is only a short walk to the beach and the beach wagon, chairs, and beach towels were an added plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

Great Place To Stay Close To The Beach

This was our first time travelling to Gulf Shores with a pet and Out O' Town suited us perfectly. My parents came with us and my dad is in a wheelchair, so the lift worked out perfectly. Our puppy, Kash, enjoyed his stay as well! There were lots of pet essentials available in the home (although we didn't need to use any, as Kash had more luggage than us). It was just a short walk to the beach, which we made a few times. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect from the home to the beach!

We pushed this home occupancy to the max with 8 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. Everyone stayed busy and relaxed at the same time. The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised! The beach was clean and beautiful as well without being over populated. Everyone was kind on our pursuit to and at the beach! Morning coffee on the porch or watching the storms roll in in the evening, either way it was a great unwind! We would definitely come back!

Best Vacation Ever!,

We booked this beautiful home for a stay of 8/12 - 8/23 2025. Are we glad we did! The house, along with the location, was perfect. Four beautiful BR, three large, comfy baths along with an outside shower. The kitchen was so well stocked, it lacked for nothing. The place was clean beyond belief. It also has a cargo elevator that made loading suitcases and supplies so easy. Our pups were also welcomed, which is great as we always travel with them. Cheryle is a dream to work with. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Best Vacay Ever

Hubby and I have been married many years, and each year we try to take a beach vacation. We’ve been to Destin, PC, Clearwater, Jekyll, Tybee, and Myrtle Beach. Three years ago we heard about a quiet, beautiful dog friendly beach in Fort Morgan AL. Ok we’ll give it a try. Wow, just wow! How lucky we found Cheryle and Mid-State Enterprises. We rented a lovely house just a minute or two walk to the most beautiful beach ever. It was quiet, and just a short drive into bustling Gulf Shores. In 2024, we strayed and stayed at another house. We totally learned our lesson. All rentals are not equal. This year, we stayed at her big, beautiful Out O’ Town. It completely exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It was off the chart. We are planning a three week stay next October and trust me, we will definitely go with Mid-State. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

We felt right at home. Everything you needed was there. The house was so clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. So close to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

We had some issues with the house, when we contacted property management team, they were extremely helpful and responsive. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as they could. I really appreciated the customer service and hospitality.
