Highlights

Beachfront, beautifully remodeled, loads of decking and amazing views. Oh, and did we mention beachfront? Step inside and you'll discover solid surface flooring, comfortable seating and a wall of windows that provide a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Two living areas allow for everyone to have their own space.

The Space

The cooks in the group will love the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan means everyone can join in the fun. The dining table is strategically placed by the windows, so you'll enjoy the scenery, even at mealtimes. There is a beautiful living area with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens onto a Gulf front covered patio. This home sleeps 16. There are 5 bedrooms, and an upstairs loft area that contains a sleep sofa.

Great location, easy access to beach. House was clean. Only complaints would be not enough towels and wash clothes and not enough kitchen supplies (cups, etc). Would definitely stay there again.

Great location with plenty of room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay with plenty of room for three families with a total of 12 people. Loved the proximity to the beach. We were able to sit on the back porch and watch our older kids have fun on the beach. My only reservation would be that there was no outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the house; there was only a water hose available. Overall, a fabulous place to stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

The house is a little worn due to the gulf weather, but it fit our needs perfectly. The beach was our favorite spot. The sunrises and sunsets were the best. We would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a great location. The beach was beautiful and it was clean and had plenty of room for my family. HOWEVER...it was the POOREST stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. For thousands of dollars in rental fees for only 4 days, we had ZERO shampoo, ZERO body wash, ZERO kitchen basics like cooking oil and basic spices to cook with, ONE large ziplock bag, ONE garbage bag, ONE dish detergent, ONE laundry detergent, and the absolutely smallest bottle of dishwashing soap I’ve ever seen. Every bathroom only had ONE roll of toilet paper and there was only ONE roll of paper towels. We only stayed for 4 days and none of that was enough. As a renter from VRBO on a regular basis, I’ve seen SO much better at other homes. Will NOT be staying at the Sunflower again.

We appreciated your feedback Melissa. We never liked to hear that a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. So that our guests can be prepared, we provide pre-arrival instructions that include information on what supplies are provided. It is mentioned in those instructions that a startup supply of kitchen essentials, and paper products are provided. The cleaning company typically leave hotel like amenities in all of the bathrooms. This is typical for the short term rental market in the area. If the mentioned items were not provided, we would’ve been more than happy to get you some had you reached out during your stay. We provide multiple avenues for communication and have staff readily available to assist at all times! We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home and location! Great location away from the hustle and bustle. Literally on the beach, making trips to and from the house a breeze with the kids. House was clean with plenty of room for the whole family.

Family came from Texas and Kentucky to spend a week at Sunflower. The home was just as described. We have stayed in lots of homes and this kitchen was stocked better than any other! We loved the spacious bedrooms and the view was spectacular! Highly recommend this house!
