Perfect Sea Cottagw

We absolutely loved this little cottage. It was perfectly decorated and great location near the beach and downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

Quaint historical house, renovations top quality. Nice quiet area although only 1 block from beach. Liked the amenities. Very comfortable furnishings. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

perfect little getaway

My husband and I went to Galveston for a long holiday weekend. This house was comfortable and nicely done . We would go again.

Excellent experience

I absolutely LOVE this place. Very clean, newly renovated, close to the sea wall, and in a quiet little neighborhood. The hosts are quick to communicate and very friendly. I will be staying here again!

Weekend getaway

Very quaint and cute… and turquoise is my absolute fav color so definitely eye appealing to me! My husband and I were very comfortable at the cottage.. the place was clean and just overall a great place to stay!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect romantic getaway for us. Being just a short walking distance to the beach made it even better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. We’re already looking forward to renting again in the future!

Just as Advertised

Clean and cozy place just minutes from everything you need. On the side of the island away from the tourist, yet close to all amenities. Only a 3 minute walk from porch to sand. Can’t ask for much more from a host, all around 10! :)

Beautiful bungalow within walking distance of the beach. Shady backyard with picnic table and clean gas grill. Beautifully decorated on inside with a beach vibe. Owner had thought of many things you might need for a beach island getaway including a wagon with 2 lawn chairs and a cooler to hold water. A well stocked kitchen for cooking with items that looked like they had very little use was a treat. Access to a washer and dryer with soap was a bonus. They were very generous with having supplies for clean up, shampoo/body wash, salt pepper, sugar and sweeteners, etc available. Owners are very responsive to questions. I would definitely rent again in a heartbeat. My only concern won’t be an issue to most renters. If you have major balance issues/trip easily, you will need to pay attention to the floor transitions going into the kitchen and in the hall as they are a trip hazard we both discovered.

The house was just as described and in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and a few restaurants. It was clean and charming, perfect for a couples getaway.
