Perfect place to relax quite and right on the beach. The condo was clean and well furnished. The pool is heated and the host was responsive and helpful

Cozy Beachfront Stay

We truly enjoyed our time in Galveston! The property’s location right on the beach made for beautiful views and easy access to the sand. While the space was a bit smaller than we imagined, it was still cozy and comfortable. We felt safe and secure during our stay, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway, and we would happily stay here again.

Fabulous view

Very much enjoyed the clean, bright and well decorated studio room and the beautiful Ocean view from the balcony. There was a short walk to the beach which was clean. The property was was large and therefore quite private and away from the crowded main beaches. A perfect getaway,

Nice location for a quiet 'social distancing' vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. The property was clean and right on the beach with no roads in between us and the beach. People were good about social distancing and wearing masks. Once we got provisions, we did not leave the property again until it was time to go home. Would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Convenient and peaceful

This condo is in a great location! Ocean front, outside the hustle and bustle of the Seawall, more private beaches, yet around the corner from everything. It was a great weekend get away where we could enjoy the Galveston fun but when we were ready for a slower pace, we went back to the condo where it was more still and quiet. Perfect!

Quiet condo complex on the beach

Quiet, directly on the beach without crossing a busy street, and clean sums up this condo. Location is perfect! We saw dolphins while we were also playing in the water. This particular stretch of beach is nice and quiet and not a tourist hot spot like along the seawall. We walked at least 3 miles along the coast each day of our vacation, collecting shells, and visiting with the others who were also walking and/or staying nearby. Highly recommend!

Nice property

The location would normally be wonderful. We were looking forward to soaking up some sun on the balcony. The weekend turned out to be rainy most of the time. The ninth floor rooms do not have a covering so we were limited on the amount of time we could sit on the balcony. Nothing that could have been foreseen or averted...just unfortunate. Condo was well laid out and as advertised.

Check in nightmare.

Poor communication with property management left us trying to get through the front door for an hour and a half thinking it wasn't going to happen.

Quick getaway

Cute little getaway. Room was perfect for two people. They had essentials like toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, salt and pepper. You do have to check in with the front lobby to register your car and read all the rules but they were extremely nice. They had beach chairs but you have to have your own beach towels. The beaches were empty but we went during the off season. The only cons were they were doing construction. We heard hammering around 7 am. Also they had a meeting near the elevator which was very awkward. Overall, it was a peaceful weekend.

Ok with great view

This is not a $370 per night mid-week property. Bedding was not up to standard. Door lock was difficult to lock when exiting and stay latched. Needs door weatherstripping. No backup lock. Toilet paper holder kept falling off. with usage. AC unit not very cool and seemed to short cycle often. Great view and quiet.

We do encourage our guests in numerous documents to contact us with any concerns so that we can resolve. A workorder was made for the items you mentioned that were in need of repair. Great Stay, but.......

Our stay was really great. We enjoyed everything about it with one single exception that can and should change. The sheets on the bed, particularly the fitted sheet, was too small for the bed. I'm not sure if it has just shrunk or what. It continuously popped off of the bed at multiple corners through out our stay. It was very frustrating to every nights sleep. Every time one of us would turn over it would pop off one or two corners. I feel like this is something that who ever makes the bed should notice immediately. I've been putting fitted sheets on beds my whole life and I can tell when something is wrong like this pretty quickly. That is a very inexpensive item to replace and someone should make sure that happens right away. It obviously made a pretty big impression on us. Having said that, every thing else was fantastic, and we very much enjoyed our time there.

We were unaware of the issue and will speak with housekeeping about this. We do ask our guests in numerous documents to please contact us with any concerns. I’m hesitant to give a great review because we plan on coming back and don’t want the place crowded. This is an excellent gem of a place for a weekend. Room is on the small side- perfect for two but cramped for more. View from the balcony is fantastic. All the amenities were as described.
