Cannot beat the location which in our opinion makes up for what is lacking in the condo. Overall, the condo was nice and if you like to eat out this is the place for you.if you like to eat in so you can do more out, the kitchen is limited and pots/pans are very used. The condo could use a little maintenance and a good deep cleaning. With that said, I would stay here again. Hence the 5 star.

The property was great.The host answered in timely manner. The view was amazing. I as at first disappountes because the reviews all said awesome view..I arrived at night and only say rhe city view. Which was good I just expected more..I woke up that morning and there was the amazing view the review bragged about. I didnt have time to utilize pool but I was within ten miles or what I wanted to do and most was near by. I would definitely be staying again. Hoping to bring kids in October if there is availabilty..

Great location

A few minor things needed fixed but overall it was a nice. Loved the location. Beaches were beautiful, clean and quiet.

The property was very nice and the proximity to the beach could not have been better. The condo was clean, well kept, felt safe, and things worked as expected. We were a little disappointed that some of the remotes for ceiling fans and lights were not labeled (which one goes with which ceiling fan) and many of them were missing batteries and therefore were not usable. We were also very disappointed to find a sign posted on the fireplace and it is not to be used when one of the main reasons we chose this property was BECAUSE of the fireplace. So that was quite disappointing. Overall, though, the property is as advertised and the main thing is the access and proximity to the beach and shops/town, which was fantastic.

Absolutely AMAZING stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The views were breathtaking — especially from the master bedroom, which was definitely a highlight of the entire trip. Waking up to that view alone made it worth it!The location couldn’t have been better. Being within walking distance to the beach was a huge plus and made everything so easy and enjoyable.The kitchen had everything we needed for the most part, but adding a few more pots and pans would make it even more perfect. Other than that, no complaints at all!I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway!

Will book again

Booking in new places sends my anxiety into overdrive. Let me save you the stress, if you are considering booking do it! The apartment is nice and bright. The location is excellent. I will book again.

We enjoyed our stay! The facility was clean and had close access to the beach. The view from the master bedroom was great. It can use more pots and pans for the purpose of cooking. We would go back next year! Thank you!

Great stay!

Absolutely loved staying here for summer vacation. Perfect spot for my 17 year old daughter, her best friend, and I. This was our second time staying at The Enclave! The unit was clean, roomy, had a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom, and the proximity to the beach is perfect. One thing I will recommend is installing a full-length mirror for the ladies. ☺️

The property was clean and we had a wonderful stay. The only "complaint" we would have is the tv's are not set up for guests to use the streaming apps. At least the primary bedroom was not, the kids had the others.

Condo was nice! Master bed was very comfortable except for a few blinds were off on each window. Kitchen had everything except spices or even salt and pepper. Living area was very nice. Sliding door to balcony was very hard to slide. Furniture on balcony was very nice. We had trouble getting the front door to lock when we left. Had to call a couple times until someone explained what to do. We would definitely stay again. Very quiet area and restaurants are close. Beach was wonderful! Chairs had names on them but we're unoccupied. Not sure how to reserve.

Terrible! RUN! Mold and Rats!

This condo was horrible. We saw rats as soon as we entered the building. There was mold in the condo and the floors felt like you were going to fall through them. The toliet constantly flushed in the master bathroom. This place was nothing like RealJoy advertised. They are scamming people out of their money. We did not stay here it was so bad. This was my first time using VRBO platform. I will never use VRBO again. RealJoy has a lot of complaints on Better Business Bureau website.
