We had a great stay! The loft was clean and very modern. The location is awesome. Had all the necessities included. Would definitely return.

Wonderful accommodations in a fantastic location. Convenient to the Gateway Arch and Park. The property was exactly as advertised. Parking was a couple of blocks away and secure. Most of our itinerary involved either short drives or even shorter walks. The Horseshoe Casino is literally just across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

Chill Neighborhood with Good Access to Downtown

My wife and I stayed here for a small anniversary trip. The apartment is nice and has everything needed, but we mainly picked this for the price and location, which was unbeatable. The hosts were great and we enjoyed The Cobblestone as a convenient shop and breakfast location.

The loft was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We got immediate response to any and all requests or questions. Emails leading up to our check in were complete, detailed and accurate.

The property was clean, well equipped with necessary products & cooking utensils, quiet during the proper times & excellent parking accommodations. The check-in process was great & the host was available to answer any questions or concerns when contacted. I look forward to returning whenever we visit the STL area.

Downtown getaway

Upon arrival we had some issues getting into the rental. Just a quick phone call to the owners and the problem was easily handled. After that, our stay was just as we imagined and we had an amazing time.

The place was great! It was very handy for the location of sites to see. We were there for a couple baseball games. We were able to walk to and from the stadium. The security of the building is tight. Felt comfortable and safe.

We enjoyed our long weekend staying at this unit. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Parking is two short blocks away. There are stairs when you enter through the front door. However, once you enter the unit for the parking pass it includes a fob where you can access a back door just around the corner from the unit at street level. We used this door the entire stay. It's all very easy once you see it. My husband went to the casino across the street to get me Starbucks each morning. There is a dual coffee/Kurig maker in the unit also. We walked to the stadium to see the baseball game, and on Sunday my husband and a friend also staying in town went over the bridge to see the Indy races. The unit is in the city, and this is where we wanted to be. There was some city noises. We were unbothered by any of this. The building itself was super quiet. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. We came home with clean clothes! We would not hesitate to stay here again.
