Cozy, single family home in a residential neighborhood. Located just 6 blocks from the French Quarter, this gem is the perfect home base for an exciting weekend in New Orleans. With hardwood floors, modern appliances, and a spacious kitchen, our home's got it all. Lounge in the living room or barbecue under the stars in our side yard before hitting the town. 30 day minimum booking. Welcome!

Sleeps 6, side yard available for exclusive use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

Note that one bedroom has a sofa bed which is the 6th bed. There are also two additional sofa beds in the living room.

Street parking is free

This home is nestled on a corner which provides ample free street parking

The streetcar is 6 blocks on Rampart and can take you to Canal, Uptown
This is a family neighborhood. We ask all our guests to be awesome representatives of their city while visiting ours.
Keep noise down in the evenings and quiet time after 10pm.
No smoking is allowed!

Week in New Orleans

Myself and some friends stayed here for just under a week. It was a perfect location with friendly neighbors and just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Great place to stay!

Spacious & Artsy

We enjoyed being in the French Quarter in a large place. We especially liked that art work in the house and the couches and beds. Two spacious bathrooms and an open concept made it comfortable and relaxing. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect

Great property. Clean. Everything we needed for a sports tournament weekend. Lov sure added security of the alarm system: nice to have free parking: close to Bourbon. Comfy beds. Great neighbors and delicious food options.

Wonderful place in authentic neighborhood

We loved the house in Treme. House was clean and all the pictures were accurate. Communications were great and we parked right in front of the house every night. Neighborhood has a little bit of grit to it, but felt perfectly safe. Very centrally located to all different neighborhoods in NOLA. Easy and fun walk to the French Quarter. Would come back here anytime we visited New Orleans.

Wonderful stay in a historic neighborhood

The property was easy to find and access with plenty of street parking. The French Quarter and Frenchman Street are within walking distance or a short Lyft ride away. Great central location. There is a club nearby that was hosting some great evening fun but seemed to wrap up at a reasonable hour. Everything was clean and well stocked. Host was accessible and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving stay

Well located to French qtr, definitely a transitioning neighborhood. Comforters were too heavy and not inserts that go into a cover like a hotel which means they are not getting washed after each stay. I would prefer to see a light insert comforter with a separate washable cover.

Perfect home away from home.

Over all, it was a wonderful stay. The home is just how it looks in the pictures and fit our needs wonderfully. The home is tucked away a few blocks from all the hustle and bustle but the walk was pleasant and gives you a chance to see some other things the area has to offer. Even with it being so close to the highway it is a quite enough and we felt safe. Lost of room inside the house to kick back and relax and actually feel like home. The yard is large enough for both people and pets to enjoy, although the neighbor's dog does do a bit of barking if he sees you. The neighbor was considerate of this after the first night though. The a/c system works great, although I recommend leaving the bedroom doors open at night to keep a good air flow going. There was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us to shower in the morning and shampoo/soap had been provided which is not included in the amenities. Just a few things to keep in mind: ~ The toilet in the master bathroom dose move some when you sit on it and the bowl is very shallow. ~ I do not recommend using the largest cup setting on the coffee pot as it will almost overflow and doesn't leave room for creamer. ~ Make sure to close the front door well and lock it as sometimes it doesn't latch properly and blows open. ~ The wifi password was very long and half of our party was not able to connect to it.

Great Home in a Great Location

Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our time here in New Orleans staying in this cozy home. The owner and property manager were excellent on communication and resolving a couple of minor issues. The location was perfect for us for easily exploring the popular areas of the city. We never had an issue parking in the street and was parked right outside the front door every day but one night.

Great Space, Good Location

Nice clean house with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! Short walk to French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Louis Armstrong Park was really impressive and we only found out about it because we stayed at this house :).

Great Location! Happy with our Choice!

We come to nola quite a bit and we love to stay with this host who has many great units in the area. Very convenient location and there are 3 coffee shops within 3 blocks of the place that are cute and great place to hang or get work done during the day. Tremé is a unique neighborhood and the birthplace of Jazz music apparently. Armstrong Park is right next door and there are a lot of free events that go on there. House is clean and full of light. The yard has picnic tables which were really nice.

Great home for your trip

This home was the perfect space for my large group. The host (Nicole & Will) made sure we had everything we needed and made themselves available for all inquiries. The home is located in a safe neighborhood that is a short walk or ride to the French Quarters. The interior decor of this home fits the New Orleans style that we expected to see and the beds are SUPER comfy! If you’re searching for a private place that is relaxing, spacious and stocked with everything you need (including a BBQ grill that was purchased by the host to accommodate my large group) then I highly recommend this property! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Lovely stay, just blocks away!

This space was great! While we were expecting 4 bedrooms based on the description and learned that there were only 3 bedrooms when we arrived, we made it work. There are several beds and the front couches also pull out. The neighborhood is evolving and there are a lot of locals around the corner, some homes being purchased and flipped, and just a blend of people in Treme. There was a woman on our staircase one evening who would not leave, and she did no harm to us, but caught us off guard. The hosts were available and communicated well in advance - all of the details for WiFi, passcodes for the door, etc. Just blocks from the French Quarter - about a 15-20 minute walk if you are able to cut through the park and you'll end up near Bourbon.

Great House - Great Location - Great Service

We were so impressed with our stay! Super comfortable memory foam beds and high quality pillows. We loved the art on the walls. The hosts were available 24/7 to answer our questions. The AC worked extremely well and we loved the side yard with picnic tables and cafe lights. Everything works in the house and its very close to the french quarter. would definitely stay here again and we thought the house was a particularly good value! Thanks !

Very Nice House! Enjoyed our Time!

We have been to New Orleans several times and prefer to stay with these hosts, as they operate a bunch of great properties. Nichole and staff are very friendly and are available any time you need them. We really like the vibe of the Treme neighborhood, artsy and cultural. The beds are super comfy memory foam, and we liked the artwork on the walls. The layout of the house is very good for groups and the AC worked great. Would stay again.

Great spot - great outdoor areas

I have stayed at several of this host's properties and this one is another great spot. They have picnic benches on the side of the house which are really nice for hanging out. plus there are pretty cafe lights in the front and back of the house. This is a new house so it has all the updated amenities. The AC works really well and everything is clean and new. Great spot for big groups and families. Thanks!!
