This was among the very best vacation rentals we have stayed in over the last couple decades. Super clean, well appointed, wonderful communication from the host. We will absolutely stay here again and again.

Overall a nice place to stay in Decorah. A 200 yard walk to Dixie’s Biergarten which has excellent food. If you are looking to bike, you can start right from the house.

Wow this house was the most popular when I asked our kids which placed they liked most. It was conveniently located and easy to find, the host was responsive when I had questions, and the kids loved the candy when we arrived. The entire house was clean, well-stocked, cared for and had the most beautiful view from the deck. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Decorah. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place in Decorah

We had a short stay in Decorah for a quick family trout fishing trip. Our stay was wonderful- the place was in the perfect spot close to the business district and parks. It was a great spot to come back to after a long day of fishing!

Decorah Stay

We really enjoyed staying at the property. The location is absolutely perfect being along the river, but also easy access to Luther College and Decorah Main Street. Lots of space with a great view!

River Beauty View

Great place to stay for a family weekend! The deck has a beautiful view overlooking the river. The condo had great space for all of us and its close to everything in Decorah.

What a great place! This is by far the best stocked Vrbo we’ve stayed in! Sean has thought of everything , and the coffee bar and selections is better than any of us have at home!Everything is clean and tidy well thought out.Our trip was only a quick overnight and it was 90 degrees so we mainly bopped from one place to another . We had a quick lunch and beers at Toppling Goliath , ordered pizza from Mabe’s and stopped at pulpit rock brewing ( cute!) We had a great dive bar breakfast at the Hay Market and fell in love with our spirited server Davia ! We had a whole list of great restaurants to try, but saving for next time! The guys want to come back and pack more in next time (kayak & hike). We spent a few hours around the fireplace once it cooled down :)Best and most humorous communication from a host EVER! We loved your community and your place.THANK YOU!!!! We will return!

Great spot for a retreat!!

We rented the condo for a group of crafty ladies getting together to work on projects. It’s spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again!!

Family stat

Family came from Central City, Center Point, Dubuque and Des Moines to spend some much needed tine! It was so great to have one place for us to stay! House was everything we needed! We'll be back!

A Coffee Bar!

The condo is huge with a gorgeous view and excellent location. It is a short walk to Pulpit Rock Brewery and easy access to all of Decorah’s amenities. I was really impressed with the coffee bar that included a 1.5 L stainless steel French press, an electric hot water kettle, pour over carafe, and an assortment of coffee from Impact Coffee.
