An absolutely beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay so much and definitely plan on coming back. There are stunning views of both the river and mountains. The host was wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend it enough.

This was a beautiful mountain home equipped with everything we could have needed. We were visiting for a short weekend trip for a family reunion in Independence, VA. This property was very close to our family and the views were spectacular. Communication with Mary was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The cabin is wonderful - lots of space and great decks to enjoy the river. The cabin is fully stocked with anything you may need for your stay. The neighborhood entrance is a little tricky but Mary gave great directions - follow them and you'll be fine. I had a question for Mary and she was great to respond quickly. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Best Cabin!

I have stayed at this cabin for many years now it is awesome clean great price and just an all-around good place to stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway in the mountains.

River Perch is an amazing cabin with beautiful views of the river and mountains.

Perfect cabin with beautiful views and well maintained. The cabin is very nice and well equipped. Would stay there again for sure.
