Fully furnished with a mix of Bali meets Hawaii and completely remodeled with traertine floors and granite countertops, it sleeps up to 4 people: a queen-size bed in the bedroom with A/C, and a sofa bed in the living room. Very well equipped with flat screen 55" 4K TV, WiFi, books, DVDs, beach toys, etc.

Conveniently located but away from it all -- 4 miles to Sunset Beach and Pipeline, 12 miles to Historic Haleiwa town, 15 miles to the Polynesian Cultural Center, 45 minutes to Honolulu Airport and 6 hours from the West Coast.

The Kuilima West sits on the skirts of the Fazio golf course and features manicured landscaped grounds, three swimming pools, two tennis courts and walking paths.

Turtle Bay is a unique area located on the pristine Northeast Corner of Oahu. The resort area includes a 350 room luxury beach resort with many amenities open to the public: a swimming cove great for snorkeling nearly year-round, several surf spots, horse stables, two world class golf courses (Fazio and Palmer), four great restaurants, miles of walking /biking trails, and a poolside bar with incomparable sunset views.

Unit 53 is a ground floor unit of approximately 780 sq. ft. with a screened lanai. Located on the Kuilima West's gold coast, facing the ocean, first hole and sunsets. Just 0.3 miles to Stables beach and the resort, less than 1 mile from Kawela Bay.

Relaxing, Rejuvenating Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation, and enjoyed our VRBO stay. We traveled a lengthy distance to attend a friend's wedding and staying here we were so close to the ocean, wedding venue, and many other guests/friends. It worked out perfectly! This condo had everything we could need; we especially enjoyed the beach chairs and sunscreen in the bathroom cupboard as we were at the beach almost every day. Thank you for helping make our stay so comfortable, we had a lovely time.

Great place to stay

This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is close to the beach and has several pools within the development. There are plenty of beaches within driving distance and it is close to Foodland, Farm stands, Food Trucks and a few towns. The only downside is there is only a window unit AC in the bedroom.

Great Stay!

Loved the property…the condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Bed was comfortable.The location is perfect…we love the North Shore. The breeze through the sliders and windows was amazing and kept us nice and cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property, uncomfortable furniture

We stayed for a week during Christmas with family staying on other units at the same property. Our condo was the most updated of our group. The property manager communicated everything ahead of time, access was easy (except finding 3 different pool codes!), and parking was convenient. The only real complaint is the furniture. The mattress is VERY soft and likely should be replaced. Likewise, the loveseat/foldout in the living area is barely usable with the cushions being out of shape and the mattress being very thin. The side chair in the living room was not much better. We spent most of the time sitting on the wood dining chairs and patio chairs.

Perfect stay

This property was very clean and exactly as advertised. The only issue I'd say would be that the ceiling fan in the living room was not working but the property provided additional fans. They could have added that the condo was on the bottom floor (we arrived a little late and lighting was not the best to see condo numbers). Otherwise the stay itself was just perfect! Thank you so much for having us!

Great stay

This property is located perfectly at turtle bay. Quick easy beautiful walk to the resort and all of its trails and beaches. Short drive to the foot trucks and other popular north shore beaches. We will be back next year!

Fabulous Stay

Fantastic stay. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely well stocked with thoughtful provisions. We wanted to stay longer. Close to Turtle Bay and great base for exploring the North Shore. Would confidently recommend to friends.

Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay!!! I am surprised it was as reasonably priced as it was. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. Being clean is a big deal to me and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few spices and oil! We appreciated the beach gear. The property management company gave better directions than any other vacation home I have ever stayed at. The one little issue (a broken remote control) we had they responded to right away and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Eat at 7 Brothers and checkout Kawela Bay beach nearby. Mahalo!!!

Beautiful condo, amazing owner!

We (2 40ish-year-old friends & my 2 teenage daughters) LOVED this place! We were looking on the North Shore (based on friends' recommendations) and would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was very nice & clean. The owner provided excellent service, answering questions immediately whenever we had one! She was so sweet. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you so much.

Awesome rental, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast staying here. We used the kitchen, stretched out in the lanai, and slept well in the bed. Everything is functional and perfect in this rental. Being close to Turtle Bay Resort was fantastic too. We will be back to stay again!

BEST LOCATION! BEST TIME!!!

AMAZING!!! I didn't see one cockroach! Clean, and seriously PERFECT PERFECT location! My husband and I LOVED This place. WE are CRAZY clean freaks, and this was not as clean as our home, but still VERY clean, and we felt okay sleeping here for 10 nights! The A/C in master bedroom and the washer machine wasn't perfect, but we still slept great and we still did wash a couple times. Really this place was amazing!

Great stay!

It was a great stay, the owners were very helpful. The tv’s didn’t work too well but they came and got one to fix, (wasn’t fixed before we left but that was okay) the beach chairs were a little moldy/dirty so we put a towel on them as precaution. The oven smelled a little weird so we didn’t use it as a precaution,when you turned it on so we didn’t use it. But other than that it was a cute, good little unit! Overall it was a great stay! Super clean and comfy.

Kuilima vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. The condo, grounds itself was beautiful. The apartment was nice but it was a little dirty. There was beer left on the door of the fridge and the linen felt dirty. For our length of stay we only had a few laundry pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute place. Great location. Only complaint - it was hot. There is a air conditioner in the bedroom, but the main room was hot! The breeze didn't help much. Other than that, we loved it and would stay there again - just not the end of July or August when it is so hot.
