Loved the location being outside of the busy downtown area but still only minutes away from everything. Very clean and nice place. Will book again in a heartbeat if we ever come back this way

We had an amazing stay, the place was neat, clean, and well stocked. Checking in was very smooth and easy, and the host was very responsive when we needed an extra pack n play. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! It has all the basics and was very clean. The location can’t be beat…so close to RMNP and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The host responded in minutes and provided a couple recommendations that we much appreciated - thank you! We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Quiet location. Peaceful setting. Stocked with everything we needed. No frills lodging. Not a place with warm inviting decor, but not untypical for western lodging. Someone with mobility issues might have issues here. The rock steps leading to the entrance and the step up room divider could be problematic. The pictures are exactly as the home appears. Large area. No air conditioning. There was a fan. In really hot weather this would be an issue. Overall it’s a great place.

Quiet getaway 15 mins from RMNP

My girlfriend and I had a nice 2-day stay while visiting the national park. The space was well taken care of and had answers to any questions. The surrounding area was great with lots of wildlife and stuff to do. Thanks again!

Perfect spot!

The proximity to RMNP is perfect and space is such a great price. The host provided really nice roll away beds for the two kiddos that were very comfortable. There is plenty of space in the living/dining room. A tip: pull up the access code before you pull into the drive, our service wasn’t very good right at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice property, however young children live upstairs

This was a very nice property. The bed was comfortable, and the unit had plenty of living space. It is the basement level of a home, and the homeowners live upstairs. They do have 2 small children, which wasn't noted in the property description, so be aware that you may hear some crying and squealing.

The property owner / host is awesome. Very responsive during the process and even offered an extra bed for our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect spot just outside of town with easy access to town, the national park, and other hiking trailheads. Our favorite part was that it was in a quiet residential neighborhood and you could open the windows at night and enjoy the mountain air. Would stay again.

This is a great location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. It worked well for our family of four and was clean and comfortable. Michael reached out to me before our arrival to ask how many extra beds we needed. Overall a great experience.
