The Maharaja Suite, nestled in the Zen Barn, offers a serene retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a soothing jacuzzi bath, and a TV for your relaxation. This inviting space is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and serenity. Guests staying in this suite have access to amenities throughout the property, unless there is a private event happening, ensuring a rejuvenating stay. With the added convenience of its own parking spot, along with the prohibition of pets and smoking within the suite, your wellbeing is our priority at White Lotus Eco Spa Retreat.

Beautiful artistically designed suite in a 5000 sq ft, 2 story barn on 21 acres. Private deck & gas grill. Maple floors. Pine ceiling. Jacuzzi bath with marble tile surround. Wet bar with granite top sink & glass front refrigerator. Queen size hand carved solid mahogany bed.

Secluded setting with numerous ponds, canoe, a floating dock, nature trails, picnic area with a fire pit, shelter & grill (hickory wood provided), stone & cedar gazebo, wood fired lunar sauna, cool dip pool, frisbee golf course, establishing a organic vegetable farm. Electric hot water kettle for tea, french press, all conveniently available in the room. Drinkable water from tap.

Fully equipped common kitchen with stainless steel cooking appliances, dishwasher, espresso/cappuccino maker & coffee grinder.
Massage room, sky lounge and meditation room, game room in zen barn accessible to all guests. Complimentary land line phone available for unlimited local & long distance calling in the common kitchen.
For group gatherings and multiple guests movie theater is accessible with advance notice and prior scheduling with the host. Guest rooms have netflix/TV provided in the rooms for individual viewing.

*All natural flooring(Maple, Marble, Bamboo & ceramic) & pine ceilings. Poplar wood from our property is used in our guest closets.
*All guest rooms & kitchen have 7" insulated walls. All guest rooms in the barn have Split AC/Heating with invertor technology.
*All our energy efficient windows & doors use thermal shades or curtains.
*We provide Organic, fair-trade, and locally roasted coffee. We have gold toned coffee filters in our coffee makers avoiding wastage of paper coffee filters.
*We provide organic teas & fair trade sugar for our guests.
*Our Mulberry farm follows all organic practices.
*We use an Energy Star ‘HE’ Washing Machine and Dryer. We prefer to use clotheslines on sunny day & when we can work around our visiting guests.
*All our laundry is washed with Ecos plus(HE), made in USA.
*The room has Energy Star LED TV & BluRay player.
*All hand soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided are made of bio-degradable ingredients, paraben free, SLS free, no animal ingredients or testing & no artificial fragrances.

*We provide eco dishwashing liquid, which contains no petrol chemicals and is 100% biodegradable. We use Green Works toilet cleaner & Seventh Generation Dishwasher Gel.
*We provide 100% recycled paper napkins & 40% recycled toilet tissue.

__________Pet Policy__________
Due to allergy reasons we do not allow pets in any of our rooms or common/shared (URL HIDDEN) exceptions please. Hosts & other long term residents live on premises. Units are not independent cabins.

_______MULBERRY ORGANIC FARM_____
The farm is located across the road from the barn. Produce can be bought on site when/if available. Please keep in mind that the farm is seasonal and therefore may not be available at all times.

Close proximity to 30 vineyards along the Monticello Wine Trail. 6 President homes including Monticello, Montpelier & Ashlawn. Guest have access to common areas like lunar sauna, ponds on the map, picnic area with fire pit, stone gazebo, nature walk, frisbee golf course, lounges, meditation room, game room & massage room.

Guests are to observe all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed "Private”, they have cleaning supplies etc. Thanks!

We would love to meet our guests during their stay and request that you give us a call after you are checked into your room from the land line provided in the common kitchen in the green barn if you feel up to it:)

Secluded setting for a relaxed experience surrounded by woods, birds, bunnies & nature/rural sounds.

We recommend arriving here in a car as there is no convenient public transit/transportation to get to nearby attractions or to airports, train stations & bus stations.

Kindly note there is no good cell reception here and we recommend that you read up on all directions, check in information before arrival or print if necessary. You may not be able to access information on your cell phone on the grounds/parking on arrival.
Once in room wifi is available:) & also a landline provided for calling out.
Strictly no smoking or pets in any rooms, decks, common/shared areas, inside the barn, or around the premises of the Mulberry Organic Farm.
Smoking permitted on the roads and driveways as long as it's away from farm. Tobacco smoke contains toxins that will infect/hurt the tomatoes.

Guests are to observe/respect all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed "Private". There is nothing exciting on the other side. I promise wink wink. (It's probably cleaning supplies).

______________Communal areas & rooms__________
We welcome guests to explore communal spaces/rooms on grounds. Please make sure to turn off all lights & shut doors behind you everywhere you go to help support the green practices at our retreat.

Guest rooms have netflix/TV provided in the rooms for individual viewing. The movie theater is saved for special circumstances.

Picnic area with fire-pit are available to use. Wood is provided for the fire pit. Please remove all trash and leave it clean after use.

-------------------------------4 Season Lunar Sauna.---------------------------
Seats 6 people & is located next to a pond. Wood is provided in the sauna with instructions to start the wood stove. (If you need help please let us know in advance.) Please note 'NO ALCOHOL IN THE SAUNA'. This sauna generally heats up in 15-20 minutes.

Use the canoe & floating dock only if you know how to swim, no life preservers are provided. Kindly return the canoe as you find it with paddles inside it for other guests.

Shared kitchen is provided with all basic amenities & modern appliances, please leave it clean after every use for other guests.

You are welcome to hang out in the Gazebo, but please be respectful of the other guests relaxing.

Friendly dogs & chickens from our neighbors' homes roam the grounds and we request NOT to feed any outside animals. They will never leave if you do.
