The property is in an exceptional location! A combination of wooded privacy with a view of the Bay down the street, yet only a mile from downtown Egg Harbor. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and a beautiful property. The cabin is well equipped and the sauna is particularly nice. We had a few questions during our stay and Kevin was quick to reply. Excellent host.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was so close to everything and the property was spotless. The host was super helpful and communicated clearly! They were easy to work with and would love to stay here again if we are up here again sometime!

Very clean property, comfortable beds, Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood. Saw a few deer in the woods just outside the sliding glass doors in the back while drinking coffee feom the kitchen island. Great host! Would stay here again.

This was a wonderful property that can host a large family or two families. The bunk beds and reading nook were a hit with our kids. The hosts were perfect to work with and made check-in / check out seamless. We would strongly recommend this if someone is looking for an off-the-water property.

Great property with plenty of space for our group to spread out. The girls loved the bunk room and the loft was a nice hideaway for them. Quiet neighborhood. Deck setup was great for relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in September! The house is well-appointed and maintained. It’s in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but not too far from Egg Harbor. And it has a TON of great amenities!One thing to note, that’s important to us, just because we have a two year old that hates showers, the home doesn’t have a bathtub/shower with tub, or a sink large enough to improvise a bath Also, something else random that we ran into, if you order something from Amazon, they will not deliver with USPS (because there is no mailbox). Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Place is as advertised. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood, but still "away". Had deer visitors every day We appreciated all the games, the fan (forgot our noise machine), and the arcade cabinet in the kids room. You don't need much else to enjoy some time in Door County. Would have liked to try the coffee advertised but oh well.

Great stay

We (two families with total of 4 kids) loved our stay at the A-frame. We had everything we needed at the house and were close to all the activities we wanted to do during our trip. The home is beautiful in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Highly Recommend for a Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at Kevin's A-frame. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward, and the house was clean, cozy and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood was quiet but just a quick drive and you're right in town. We really enjoyed all the deer visitors we had throughout our stay! We would definitely recommend Kevin's place.

Lovely Spot

Lovely part of Egg Harbor. Perfect spot for a small family get together. The woods around the house are filled with deer. Close walk to the water. Well appointed. Hosts Kevin and Allison great at communication. Very nice spot!

Family Time

We spent five wonderful days at the A-frame. It was in a wooded area where we saw a mother deer and her fawns each morning. It was a block from the water and an easy drive into town. It had everything we could possibly need! We felt like we were the first guests. We grilled out and ate outside, we cooked together in the large kitchen, and we even went down to the local beach. This was a perfect spot for our growing family of 6! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay in beautiful Door County!

My parents and I stayed for a week while we visited family in the area and the house was the perfect home base. It feels very spacious and we all had plenty of room for privacy while the open floor plan kitchen and living room was perfect for hanging out as a family! The property is two blocks from the water and close to everything in Egg Harbor. Our family all came by to see the house and now it's at the top of all of our lists for future stays! The owners were very responsive and helpful and they left us a great list of local places to explore (which my uncle, who's been coming to DC for 30 years) approved of ;) The house was clean and stocked with thoughtful basics like coffee, cleaning supplies and they even had Ziplocs and foil which as a frequent VRBO-er is rare. Everything was extremely well organized and easy to locate and operate. 10/10 stars!

Perfect cozy A-frame

This was such a great property! First, it was in a great location, just a short 3 minute drive to downtown Egg Harbor which is so cute. We had a great time exploring the shops and restaurants. Also the property is 2 blocks away from a deeded lake access. The lake is rocky but we watched a beautiful sunset from there on our last night. The house was the star of it all. It was spotless on our arrival and was fully stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, extra throw blankets and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds and linens were so comfortable that we felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. We loved the back deck and enjoyed a couple of nights sitting around the gas fire pit. The owners were really responsive whenever we had a question. I highly recommend this property. The owners really put a lot of thought into the decor so that it feels peaceful and truly like a “home away from home”. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property in a terrific location. One of the smoke detectors started beeping and the owner was very responsive. A repairman came over in less than one hour and fixed the problem.
