Nestled between the Cheeca Lodge and Caribbean Resort, our 4-bedroom oceanside home offers a unique beachfront experience for those looking for a luxurious and private getaway. Each spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom is inspired by modern coastal furnishings. Perfect for entertaining family and friends, including a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grilling area. Enjoy the privacy of your own pool and patio that extend from the living area. Located in the very heart of Islamorada, where you can explore its vibrant culinary scene with some of the best restaurants, breweries and live music in town. Choose from Square Grouper, Pierre's and Morada Bay to Green Turtle Inn, Florida Keys Brewery or Islamorada Beer Company. To experience more of what Islamorada has to offer, take part in various activities, such as visiting the Theater of the Sea or Founders Park, kayaking or paddle boarding, or even chartering a boat for deep sea fishing or diving at one of many marinas around town.
Golf cart rental available at daily or weekly rates.

Please note, this property is located in a brand new development with ongoing construction on the houses closest to the water. Our house is situated in the center of the development, therefore, the construction should not interfere with the vacation experience.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was sparkling clean for our arrival and was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. Gio’s communication was excellent. Property met and exceeded our expectations for a wonderful stay with our family.

We rented the home for a week in August and it was amazing. The location was perfect and close to restaurants, stores, and marinas. The house is beautiful and has all of the amenities you could want. We enjoyed the pool daily! The house came with daily passes to the resort nearby, which was a great perk! Gio was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, she was quick to respond! She even helped locate and deliver an Amazon package inadvertently sent to the wrong address! Highly recommend this rental! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, spacious home with top notch finishes that was perfect for two families. It was immaculately cleaned, and we loved the pool and private outdoor space. Gio was very responsive and easy to work with.The home is near the ocean but does not have direct beach access or an ocean view. The included day passes to the Islander Resort were a great perk and made up for it. Overall, an excellent stay!

I did want to clarify for future guests that our property typically includes access to a private beach within the development. At the moment, that beach is temporarily inaccessible due to ongoing construction near the water. We understand how important beach access is, which is why we provide complimentary day passes to the Islander Resort so our guests can still enjoy a beautiful beach, along with additional amenities. We truly appreciate your kind words and are so happy you had an excellent stay. We’d love to host you again once the private beach access is fully restored!

Memorable family vacation

Staying at a beautiful property, where all your needs are easily met, always makes for a sweeter vacation. This home is the ideal place due to its location, the comfortable layout of the interior space, and because of the lovely outdoor pool and living areas. The host, Giovanni, is incredibly helpful and very responsive. The home is well stocked and extremely clean. We will be back!

New house, great property manager

This is an almost new house which was appealing. Good location. Property manager Geo was receptive, prompt courteous, and very helpful. Probably the best property manager I’ve ever had on all the homes that I have rented. The only drawback to the property was the beach. You had to walk through two houses that were being constructed so there were work trucks and delivery trucks pretty much all day long. The pier was nice, but the beach was less than impressive.
