Adorable quaint college town with several breweries and eateries
This home is on the second and third floor of the mansion. You will have steps that you need to climb. If you are interested in the property but are unable to climb the steps, we do have access to an elevator, that is available for certain situations. You have access to the rooms, closets, etc that are unlocked.

BATHROOMS
- There are two bathrooms on the first floor - One is in the primary suite, the other a guest bathroom with stand-up tiled shower and a separate bathtub.
- There are two bathrooms on the top floor. One has a stand-up tiled shower and soaking tub; the other has just a clawfoot tub.
- All linens provided
-Shampoo, conditioner and bath soap provided.
This is a very walkable town, there is parking at the back of the building, the entrance is also in the back.
This turn of the century palatial colony style mansion has a rich history. On September 18, 1903, Mr. Walter A. Graham (1870-1925), a successful banker in Clarion for many years, married Katherine Ormston (1880-1953). Soon after they built the palatial home at the corner of Seventh and Main and moved in on February 7, 1906.
After his death, Katherine was left to raise their 8 children on her own. After her death, her daughter Ruth and her family lived in the White Pillars awhile longer.
There were several more renters and in 1963 John and Charlotte Ditz bought the home and turned the first floor into a gift shop. New Bethlehem Bank owned the building-no date known for when they purchased and for how long they owned it- until it was purchased by Pam Potyka Goble in 2011.
The home was designated by the Clarion Conservancy as a building of historical significance.
This is a one-of-a-kind place to stay with an abundance of history, character and charm with the luxurious style of a high-end villa. This is where luxury meets casual… where people come together to eat, drink and be merry!
