Six bedrooms sleep 12: four kings, two queens, two en-suite primaries. 5 minutes to Brickell, 15 to South Beach, with an EV charger at home.

Most bedrooms sit in their own wing of the house, so your group gathers in the middle and retreats to quiet on the edges. FAQs
• The hot tub is host-activated: message us before you'd like to use it and we'll turn on the heat and jets remotely. Sessions run about 30 to 45 minutes at a time, and we're happy to restart them.
• An elevated train line runs behind the house. Guests consistently report it's barely noticeable inside, and light sleepers can ask us for a bedroom on the far wing.
Wild peacocks roam the neighborhood, and you'll hear their calls at dusk and dawn. Most guests count them as a highlight.
• A refundable $1,000 security deposit is collected after booking and is not included in your Airbnb total.
