Days run from the heated saltwater pool to the covered patio bar, where dinner comes off the outdoor kitchen grill while your group settles into the lounge. Six bedrooms sleep 12: four kings, two queens, two en-suite primaries. 5 minutes to Brickell, 15 to South Beach, with an EV charger at home.

The draw is the backyard: a heated saltwater pool with in-water loungers, a hot tub, and a covered patio that runs from deep lounge seating to a bar counter and outdoor kitchen, all walled in by tall hedges.

Inside, the great room opens through walls of glass to the pool, with the living room, dining table for 10, and kitchen sharing one bright, open space. Most bedrooms sit in their own wing of the house, so your group gathers in the middle and retreats to quiet on the edges. Four kings and two queens fill the six bedrooms, with both primary suites offering king beds and en-suite baths.

FAQs
• The hot tub is host-activated: message us before you'd like to use it and we'll turn on the heat and jets remotely. Sessions run about 30 to 45 minutes at a time, and we're happy to restart them.
• An elevated train line runs behind the house. Guests consistently report it's barely noticeable inside, and light sleepers can ask us for a bedroom on the far wing.
Wild peacocks roam the neighborhood, and you'll hear their calls at dusk and dawn. Most guests count them as a highlight.
• A refundable $1,000 security deposit is collected after booking and is not included in your Airbnb total.
