➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

[WINDY ROADS & STEEP DRIVEWAY]
➣This cabin is on a mountain with awesome views of Gatlinburg down below.
➣The drive to the cabin is windy and the driveway is steep. 4WD is highly recommended.
➣The parking area is flat and can park 3 vehicles

[MUST CLIMB STAIRS]
➣You will have to climb approximately 20 steps from the parking area to get to the main door of the cabin
➣There is no way around this so keep this in mind before booking

[BEAR ACTIVITY]
➣There is high bear activity in this area
➣Do not leave your car unlocked. Bears can open car doors. If they enter your vehicle they will probably destroy the interior
➣Do not leave food inside the car. Bears have been known to break car windows
➣We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by bears

[SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES]
➣During the cold months we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm.
➣Regardless of these precautions, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE through a third party
➣If you book more than 30 days from check-in we will provide you a link for trip insurance that you can purchase through Rental Guardian

➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly.
➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies).
➣We ONLY allow dogs. No cats, birds, etc
➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated
➣We do not provide crates
➣Maximum 2 pets, 50 Lbs max each
➣Owners are responsible for any and all damage caused by a pet

[Drinking Water & Ice Machine]
The fridge in this property features an ice maker and water dispenser, however, it is not connected to a water supply. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about this due to the utility configuration in the area. Guests will need to use bottled water or an alternative source for drinking water and ice. The freezer has ice cube trays. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding
