The Space:
Welcome to Casa Carmen—a luxurious retreat with a heated pool and jacuzzi. Our grand suite features three spacious king bedrooms with ensuites, plus a private studio apartment, perfect for a nanny, chef, or in-laws. Enjoy memory foam mattresses, 400-thread-count cotton linens, two kitchens, a formal dining room, and a screened lanai for relaxing or dining. The front porch, with rocking chairs, offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee.

Set amidst ancient oaks, this former tree farm feels magical, with illuminated paths enhancing its charm. Casa Carmen is one of three bookable suites on the estate, ideal for family gatherings or events. Reserve the entire estate for private use by contacting us.

While you immerse yourself in the beauty of the estate, please note that, in respect of the property's serene atmosphere, loud gatherings are kindly discouraged after 10 pm. With three king beds and an additional trundle bed, Casa Carmen accommodates up to 8 people, making it an ideal destination for families and groups.

-No smoking or vaping inside units or near exits, the lanai, and shared spaces, including the pool deck. Designated smoking areas are near the recycling bin; dispose of refuse properly.
- Pool use for those under 16 requires adult supervision; no horseplay or diving allowed.
- Observe quiet time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Prepare for mosquitoes with bug spray; extinguish outdoor bug repellent devices after use; keep doors/windows closed after dusk.
- No parties or large gatherings; additional guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Replacement fees WILL APPLY for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, décor, or equipment.
- Towels, linens, and toiletries provided; refrain from taking them to avoid additional fees.
- Clean up after pets and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Conserve energy; turn off air conditioning when opening windows/patio doors.
- Be careful with food, beverages, and sunscreen products to protect indoor furnishings.
