Diana, We are disheartened to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. We want all of our guests to have the best experience, so this does not sit well with us. Communication is so important to us. Thank you for informing us of the issues you listed, we have taken care of them to assure all future guests will have the best experience. We would like to address you claiming the listing as inaccurate. We assure you the photos are not stretched. We have high quality photos taken so that future guests can have good insight as to what their vacation rental will look like. These photos are meant to be insightful and not deceiving. We have had many past guests say that the photos do not do the home justice. For confusion on the bunk beds, you are correct there is only one in the room, not four. Our listing says full. Hey N! Thank you for staying with us. I have checked all of our communications via email & text with the office and had no complaints from you. You reached out to your property manager and mentioned that you had seen hair in one of the bedrooms upon arrival but you were not instructed to take care of it yourself. Upon booking the guest is notified that soaps & paper products are not provided but as a courtesy we do supply a starter kit with some soaps / detergents. As soon as you noted your concerns with pests we had the vendor go out and treat the property on top of the quarterly treatment that was done last month. You sent a photo of a burned plastic spatula - you had no food stuck to your silverware. I am sorry that this home is not pet friendly and we did not allow you to travel with your pet.
