Owners' boats are off-limits to guests. Slip rental for an additional fee of $50 per night. Renters are responsible for their own safety on property.

This was my third time at this place. I call it a hidden gem. Beautiful property, clean, and quiet. My husband loves the fact the boat ramp is just feet away, easy access to the lake. Great space to get away. We enjoyed our time on the lake.Hope return again.

Was Perfect for a week long fishing and shopping trip. Parking for Truck and Bass boat it’s a little steep but they provided wheel chucks to unhook everyday

My husband and I spent a relaxing week at Lakeview Haven. We don't fish, or have a boat and the weather was pretty cool most the time, but the sunrise over the water! Anyone can enjoy that! Very peaceful, comfortable and super clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay again!
Our last sunrise, as we were packing to leave.

We had a great time, our second visit,even though it was rainy. A great location for my fisherman. It is just the right size, great amenities, and very clean and quiet. I can not wait to go back again.

We loved this cozy guest house. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The view was wonderful even on the rainy days we were there. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the hosts greeted us to answer questions, etc. It was perfect for three people. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I spent the weekend at this beautiful property on the lake. It is fully furnished , very clean with amazing views. Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

This may be one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed at—updated, clean, stocked with all you could need for a small family. Communication with the host was great from the initial inquiry. We chose this property for a quick family get away tacked on to my husband and brother in law’s yearly fishing trip. The location was great as there was a boat ramp to use for getting boat in and out of water for the tournament but also an area for my son to fish with them near the dock in the evening. I didn’t think to ask with it being a smaller property but there was a pack and play and toddler mattress available to use. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances are in great working order. Highly recommend—we will definitely be booking again if in the area!

Everything was great!

My father, son, and I stayed for a full week for a fishing trip and the location is perfect, conveniently located close to stores for groceries as well as conveniently located on the lake for access to all the popular fishing spots. The house is beautiful and super clean with a comfy bed! We would absolutely love to come back for another stay!

Tournament friendly

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the lake is ideal. You’re right in the middle of the lake, close enough to all of the popular boat ramps. Will be coming back.

This was a beautiful location. The sunrises were so beautiful! Nate and Ashley have a very accommodating lake house. It lacked for nothing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the lake. They have a propane heater for colder evenings. The Lake house was very clean and has everything you need. Kitchen was well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was so nice with a sky light for wonderful lighting. Nate was so responsive to our emails from the beginning of our booking . He was very informative of the area and accommodating with us. We would love to come and stay here again.

Amazing guest house

The host are very friendly, and helpful. The guest house is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you would need. Bed was comfortable. Great dock area. They even supplied snacks. Great rental. We will be going back again! Consider yourself blessed if you get to meet Haka❤️

Quiet Hidden Gem

OMG, my husband loved his birthday get away. He really enjoyed the fact that he was able to launch his bass boat just yards from the guest house. We enjoyed fishing and the serenity of the lake. The house is just the right size, comfortable, and has all you would need and more to relax and enjoy your stay. Great location too. I am looking forward to a return trip. host

Lake Chickamauga Getaway

Property owners were extremely accommodating. I brought my 17ft boat, was able to use their dock to tie off to and kept my trailer parked on their private ramp. The house was perfect and the deck overlooks the lake. I can’t use the word great enough to describe our experience.

Nice lake view

Beautiful sunrise over the lake. Unit was well supplied for what we needed. Owners were available for questions before our stay. One drawback: Driveway to unit is a long, steep boat ramp. Flat parking spot by lake was helpful, but parking on ramp to load/unload was difficult.
