Bring your boat, or enjoy the complementary paddle boards, fishing rods, multiple TV’s, games, or just enjoy a book overlooking the lake. 10 mins from Grashopper put-in. 3 miles from a Dollar General. Deck overlooking the lake is a great spot to grill and relax. Private dock, with shared ramp. The dock is not accessible for boats at winter pull. Message if you’re interested in renting the 21’ pontoon with 60hp for relaxing cruising or fishing! 400$/day

We had a great time!!! The boat ramp and personal dock was amazing. If you’re looking for a house on a lake this is the one. Also myfamily enjoyed seeing all the animals every day.

Cabin was absolutely perfect! Gorgeous view, comfy beds, wonderful location on the lake and dead end street with plenty of parking, great kitchen for cooking and the deck for relaxing! Host was great and helpful! We will be booking again!

Home was perfect! A lot of homey touches that made it so much better. Deer everywhere! Beautiful lake view in a quiet neighborhood. Only tiny thing that made it less than perfect was that if you’re parents and the kids are in loft or side bedroom, they can hear everything so keep that in mind.

The house was attractive and clean although the appliances are a bit dated. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. It’s a great location with quick access to fishing and convenient access to Chattanooga. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors are very considerate. People with mobility issues, e.g., knees, etc., might find the walk down to the dock a little challenging.

Lovely lake view cabin. Perfect for a quiet getaway (or fun on the lake if you prefer). Easy check in/out. Master bed and pillows were especially comfortable! Owner answered message promptly and was very helpful! DG very close but also within 15 min of many major restaurants/stores.

Great location for fishing if that’s what you’re in for.

You can get to all the good spots on the Chick from here. Lots of boat ramps nearby including the one on the property.

Zach was great on communication and loved the place.

Staying at the lake cabin was awesome. Wake up and there is the beautiful tennessee river. Can't wait to stay again.

This is our second year staying here and hopefully many to come. The windows all across the back of the house overlooking the water is spectacular. The cabin was clean and offers everything needed to enjoy your stay. We also enjoyed the daily naborhood dear visits.Overall a wonderful place to stay and safe naborhood.

Lake Getaway

The lake house was the perfect spot for us to stay in for our friend’s wedding at Howe Farms. Check in was super easy and Zach was always available if we needed something. The paddle boards were a plus also! We enjoyed the views of the lake and it was so relaxing!

Anniversary Visit

Celebrating our 37th trip around the sun together. Lake views and sunsets from the deck were outstanding, we would’ve stayed here for those alone. Pretty, comfortable and welcoming home to visit.
