Stunner 3 BR MIL w/ Patio!

Unwind and enjoy the city in the Cozy and Clean Guest Suite! I live on the main level (upstairs), a separable part of the property, and am excited for you to use the space as a home base to decompress or explore the city! Note the guest suite is the sub-basement of the house, that requires stairs to enter. It is a beautiful remodeled space, with full-size windows and a lot of natural light. I do live upstairs, quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am- no loud music, excessive noise or parties. The unit is not suitable for infants or young children.

Note: The unit does not have a living room or a full kitchen. The space designed is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, backyard patio and a kitchenette that includes a small farm table, mini fridge, Keurig machine, hot plate, hot kettle and microwave. The unit also supplies all dishes, utensils and cookware.

We had a lovely stay in this basement suite! It was very clean and had all the essentials for basic cooking in the kitchen which we enjoyed! Parking was easy in a quiet neighborhood and price was very reasonable for the place! Would highly recommend.

Great basement apartment within a 5 minute of the 28 bus line and 10 minutes to the route 5 bus line as well as restaurants and amenities. Host lives upstairs and is friendly, kind, and accommodating.

This apartment was great for our family of 4 (two adults and two teens) with three spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a great location. There were so many lovely touches and ample bathroom essentials. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to public transportation, plus great communication with hosts. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice 3 nights visiting family. Basic kitchen amenities work fine for coffee, light snacks etc. Comfortable bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again! Please note: this is a great value with 3 bedrooms but there is NO TV- so bring a tablet, laptop or other device if you need entertainment of any kind.

There are no televisions in any of the rooms. The host was nice, but on the property the entire time. The very small kitchenette and no living area are definitely an issue for us. Nice place, but we needed more.

This apartment was perfect for us. Three bedrooms, one bath and a kitchenette. I gave 4 stars for description because it is in a basement and I don’t remember reading that in the description. The steps could be problematic for some people.

We stayed two nights and had a great experience, the outdoor patio area is very nice and the rooms in the property are very comfortable as well. We would definitely be happy to stay again!

Great place to stay with a group

Me and five of my friends stayed here while visiting my sister who’s at UW. The location was great super central to transit, a Myers grocery and some cute food spots. The host was super sweet and accommodating, and we got to met their dog Nala who was very cute. I would definitely recommend for groups looking to be out and about in the city.

Three lovely bedrooms and a kitchenette in a great walking neighborhood. Note there is no living room area so the only place to sit is in the small kitchen.

It was clean and just as described. There were a lot of fun places that are close around to go to with family. If you are over 6 foot five, you will need to duck through multiple areas of the house, but other than that, it was a great place for the family. Would recommend.

Great place to sleep

The kitchen is a hotplate and a microwave, but dishes are helpfully included. No TV. Great place to use to sleep and shower! Go explore the city! Nice little neighborhood and good parking. convient to downtown!
