We loved this house. It is in a lovely neighbourhood with a coffee shop and restaurant across the street and a short drive to Golden Gardens beach. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable.

This home was perfect for our stay in Seattle. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for us all to enjoy. It was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed. Vince was great about responding to questions and checking in to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Ballard home. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and check-in was quick and easy.The location is excellent, with convenient access to everything in the area and plenty of parking, which made coming and going very easy.The home itself is updated and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep, and the bathrooms were equally impressive, modern, spacious, and well appointed.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Seattle area.

Great spot

The home is exactly as advertised and works quite well. Very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice. We’d return in a second.

"Fantastic stay — the place worked perfectly for my son and me. The location is the real win: an easy walk down to Golden Gardens and back, a great coffee shop right next door, and a quiet neighborhood in a quiet building. We'd happily stay here again."

The unit is clean and comfortable. We were there on a warm weekend and the upstairs back bedroom was too warm. The beach is a drive not a walk. And it would have been good to know that the parking is street parking that is limited there. Having a note in the unit with the WiFi and password would have made the check in much easier. I needed WiFi to read the digital instructions, and had to find a local business to borrow theirs just to have enough bars to open the instructions.

Loved the location right at the top of the steep steps down to Golden Garden beach, and near yummy pizza place! Fun workout climbing those steps- and wonderful beach at the bottom to watch sunset and relax!
