Need a break from the beach, bring or rent bikes and access the Gulf State Park to discover all sorts of wildlife and adventure. You will feel this coastal home has room to spread out. It's close to shopping and restaurants. It is truly the best location nestled in between the state park and beach.

This cottage offers guests a fully equipped modern kitchen with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and Quartz countertops. It’s the perfect space to cook together! If you love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.

Enjoy each other’s company in the living area while relaxing on the Sofa. The living room also provides guests with a Sleeper Sofa. A convenient half bath can be found on the first floor. Towels/washcloths are provided.


The Master Bedroom offers guests a Queen bed, smart TV, and a full private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom offers two (2) Queen Beds, and smart TV. There is a second full bathroom on the second level.


AMENITIES INCLUDE: free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, and linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. If you would like to add another dog, please contact us.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, two trash bags per trash can, 2 rolls toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

*Please Note* If you are bringing a pet you have to click the Traveling with pet in the section where you enter # of guests you will have. We do charge an additional $250 nonrefundable pet fee that is added when you choose " traveling with pet". We do not have a yard for you to bring your dog in, we have small patches of grass. You are allowed to walk your dog along the street. Please bring bags to pick up after them. Also, pets aren't allowed on the beach or on any of our furniture. We ask that you crate your pet when you are not in the house with them.
