Trade the cold for an easy winter by the Gulf! This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage in the Villages of Tannin is a comfortable home base for an extended stay in Orange Beach.

Deeded beach access is directly across the street, with a traffic-light crosswalk making it easy to head over for a morning beach walk or catch a Gulf Coast sunset. When you want a change of scenery, Gulf State Park's beautiful trails are nearby for walking and biking.

Settle in and stay awhile. You'll have a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, comfortable living space, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and room for visiting family or friends. Traveling with your dog? We're pet friendly, too.

We love staying here! This was our second year at this property, and we love both the location and the community. The pool is great and perfect for our family, and the house is just an easy walk to the beach!One thing we especially appreciate is that Terissa is an individual host rather than a big rental company. When there were concerns about a potential hurricane impacting our travel dates, she was wonderful about communicating with us and was so understanding and accommodating while we were unsure whether we’d be able to make the trip. Thankfully, everything worked out, and we were able to enjoy our vacation as planned!The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We’ve had another wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to other families!

Nice property with a great host who communicated great! Just a quick walk across the street to the beach access. A pool just a few feet from the house. Parking is a little snug with two cars but we had a great time overall. Great community to stay in especially with our dogs.

Great spot for weekend getaway. Didn’t spend much time inside but beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and the shower was great. I would book again if the opportunity arises.

Amazing place to stay! It has the greatest access to the beach, and a pool right at your fingertips. It felt like home away from home. Our whole family enjoyed our time together and this is a place we will be enjoying again.

The condo was extremely nice. It was clean, the host was very easy to work, and communicate with. The walk to the beach was sooo easy and fast. I highly recommend staying at these condos.

We loved the cottage!!! The outside was super cute. It was so nice and clean. The kitchen was emaculate. We never met our host but was super easy and nice to work with online. The pool was beautiful but we never got in it. It was just a quick walk to the beach. The only thing I would change is the chairs on the front porch. They were not very comfortable. Yes, I would definitely love to go back.

The property was exactly as described. Clean, well stocked and spacious for a 2 bedroom. Large shower in primary bedroom and a soaking tub in the 2nd bedroom. Short, easy walk to the beach and a quiet community. We would stay here again!

This beach cottage was great. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to everything. Cottage was clean and community pool was a plus. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Great property for children with close proximity to the beach and even a beach cart that included a few folding chairs and sand toys. We cooked in the fully stocked kitchen all week during our stay.

It was in the prefect location, right next to the state park so we could ride our bikes and 5 min walk to the beach. Very nice place!!!!

Very clean! Great communication! Very friendly! We had originally had a hotel reservation but my in laws decided to join us. The cost was comparable to the hotel with more space and 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen! We had a specific reason for being in OB but if we do go back in the future I would absolutely stay again!

I am originally from New Orleans. We now split our time between Slidell, Houston Miami, and Orange Beach. If you ask me I would never go back to Louisiana and just stay 100% of the time in Orange Beach. My husband and I are a blended family and have 4 adult children between us. We even have a daughter-in-law now. Our baby is Peche the rescue pitbull who is the love of my life. Don't tell my family!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with Tannin when we bought our home back in 2019. We are down the street. It is the most peaceful place to me. We are big boaters and love spending time on Cotton Bayou restaurant hopping. Boat Days are the best days.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our beach house has lots of space that a stuffy condo does not. You don't have to wait for elevators and parking is right outside your front door. The best part is you can bring your fur baby as long as you promise they are housebroken. Condos in OBA do not let renters bring pets.
