This charming unit is perfect for couples or families. It is a ground floor level with a recently remodeled kitchen and offers all the conveniences of home. This unit comes with WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT, CABLE TV in Living Room and Bedrooms, DVD and VCR, MICROWAVE, GAS BARBECUE and FIREPLACE. Two narrow parking spaces also come with this unit.

We take pride in keeping our property clean and in good condition.

This property is in a great location, you are just steps away from the beach and the bay. Restaurants, biking, sailing, surfing, volley ball and shopping are all within walking distance. There is something for everyone at Mission Beach!

Just perfect

We loved the house. Everything was comfortable, the location couldn't be beat. Parking was a process, but I was very careful, took it slow, and had no problems.

Pre holiday getaway

Perfect family cottage to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Great venue for a family dinner; beach just across the street. Parking space kind of tight for a minivan, but it is the beach after all!

Great location!

Can’t beat the location, access to bay on one side, beach on another. Close access to lots of fun shops, cafes and attractions. Loved walking to the bay each night to glimpse the Sea World firework show. Wonderful spot for a memorable family vacation.

Great House, Parking Spot Not for a Large Vehicle

We enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic. The only information we want others to know is you can't fit an SUV or large vehicle in the parking spaces (well maybe if you're excellent at parking).Don't let the parking deter you! You can walk to food (grocery and restaurants), playgrounds, the beach, the bay, theme park, and activity rentals within minutes.Great spot with a great owner :)

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and down the sidewalk to the bay. Lots of good restaurants and easy Uber access in this area! Visited the USS Midway ship and learned a lot ! Didn’t enjoy much about the Gaslamp district. Mission beach definitely our favorite and the Bocelli comcert at Pechanga arena was incredible !

Great location

Great location! Close to everything, walking distance to local restaurants and shops, just steps away from the bay or ocean. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the patio a nice retreat after a day of touring the city and beaches.

Cute condo in a great location

This condo was a great spot for exploring Mission Beach - everything was so walkable from there. The kitchen was well stocked, and the condo was very clean. We would stay there again.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

Beautiful property and in mint condition! Loved that it had parking. Definitely easy access to the bay and the ocean. If we ever make it back to the area, we'd love to stay here again.

Communication with Marcy was excellent! We had 2 minor issues that were addressed immediately.Condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, furnishings very nice and comfortable. If you want to walk along the beach or bay areas you're right there.We enjoyed visiting the fabulous zoo and a few of the museums at Balboa Park along with Seaport Village and Birch aquarium. Heads up--1/2 of the aquarium is closed for renovations. Great San Diego stay!

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay. The location is wonderful for easy access to the beach and yet also surprisingly quiet for such a busy area. The home is well-appointed and Marcy is very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend trip

Just a short getaway to the cooler weather for a couple days. We all had a wonderful time and saw one of the Pandas at the San Diego Zoo! Good pizza from Luigi’s, good seafood at World Famous, and good Italian at Enoteca Adriana. We would recommend this property for a small group or a couple

Great Property

Communication with the property owner was fantastic throughout Property is very close to Mission Bay and Mission Beach. 5 minute walk. Various restaurants within walking distance as well. Property was very clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood. Had a great time!
