This place was great. Clean, spacious, and cozy and just what we needed for a quick overnight as we saw as much of Alaska as we could in 8 days.

Misty and Cj were great. Beautiful place, make you feel like home. The whole family friendly, pleasant and will share places to fish. I would definitely stay here again

My hosts were wonderful and the property had all the amenities you could wish for -including fresh egg’s straight from the hens. It was clean and tastefully furnished. I absolutely loved it and will stay there again.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful stay. Clean property in a great location to enjoy the outdoors. We enjoyed the kindness of the hosts and all the extras they provided. Would stay here again!

The property was very nice and clean. The owners thought of everything that you could possibly want in a vrbo! They had a coffee stand, washer and dyer and a pantry full of card/board games. Also, they had a dozen eggs waiting for us in the refrigerator from the chickens they raise! The owners are also very nice and polite would bend over backwards to make sure your time spent with them is good. We definately would stay here again if given the chance!Kelly and MarkIllinois

Wonderful experience and lovely accommodations! Owners were helpful and the property was beautifully furnished with fun extras including thick towels, ultra soft sheets and blankets. Modern kitchen with filtered water and tasty coffee. We we’re completely nhappy with our stay!!

Excellent & Homey

We enjoyed our stay so much. Host family was so friendly and accommodating. The place was so cute and the perfect size for us. Our kids loved the chickens and all the space on the property.

Best Stay and Location

We love having fresh eggs this morning and a wonderful family that showed us the rabbits. Local fishing and hiking. Great shopping at Spunky Monkey. Dog Sledding in Willow. Great stay for everything.

Absolutely adored this place! Misty greeted me and my daughter when we were looking at rhe chickens outside and allowed her to feed them and pet one of the bunnies. Such a clean, lovely and comfortable place to stay. Will likely be back!

Home Away from Home!

Comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. A great place away from the crazy of the city but close enough to explore everything. Fishhook would be a great place to live.

Spectacular property

Makes the most of the space without feeling crowded. Amazing hospitality from the host, perfect destination for anyone visiting the Wasilla/Palmer area for any reason. 10/10 would hope to stay again.

Awesome Stay

Really enjoyed the stay at this property. The unit was very clean. It was very nice that both rooms had king size beds. We didn't get to spend a lot time at the unit due to being in Wasilla for a basketball tournament, but would definitely stay again for future tournaments.

Awesome hospitality!

Everything was amazing - the setting, the home, and host family! We loved our stay and enjoyed meeting Misty, CJ and family. The home was nicely done with great kitchen and large rooms. The little things supplied by the host were very thoughful and appreciated. The location was a little farther from town than we had hoped but was worth the drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem!

Such a relaxing and quaint stay. Amenities galore! We felt at home and thoroughly annoyed the stocked kitchen, fresh eggs, fresh snacks, and full coffee bar. We were sad our itinerary only had us there one night. Highest recommendation!

Wouldn't have it any other way

Everything about this place was way above what we were ever expecting. Misty and her family couldn't have been more pleasant to do business with and even more so once we got to meet them. Everything about the rental is top notch. Will plan on returning one of these days and hoping for another great stay.

Cozy restful stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stop over and rest on our way from Seward to Denali. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer! Misty and her family were so hospitable and kind, the guest house had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean, the grounds were lovely and we enjoyed the quiet space. Also the salmon stream was really peaceful! We’d love to come back someday!

Palmer-Wasilla stay

Perfect basement apartment with plenty of light, very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of personal touches, fresh eggs in the frig, snacks, comfy beds, quiet and cozy. All nestled in the forest of Alaska. Hosts responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
