Off Season-AFTER LABOR DAY TO BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY: Owners will host QUIET, TRAINED dogs- 2 SMALL - lap dogs under 25 lbs or one well-mannered, trained DOG, UNDER 40 LBS. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE IF YOUR PET OR DATES DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS. NO cats. Owners reserve the right to decline all animals Thanks.

Steps from the beach! Cheerful & bright end unit with additional windows! Close to restaurants and fun! Beautiful ocean views from the large deck, living & dining areas and bedroom. Sip your coffee serenaded by waves and gulls. View fireworks from hotel sundeck (also great for crab feasts).
Elevator, heated indoor pool, game room, Free covered parking + street parking for guests. Linens provided, just bring beach towels! Nightly rates inclusive of two adults. Children stay free.

The room was beautiful. Extremely comfortable and made the stay very relaxing. Amenities were perfect and shopping was within walking distance. The balcony gave us a perfect view of the beach and the rooms were immaculate. Thanks again and we will reserve again!!

Sean was very responsive, and the place was in a great location. Ocean views were lovely and having every supply you can ever imagine was a bonus!!!

We loved this unit! The location is fantastic, the view from the balcony is wonderful, and it has very comfortable furniture and beds. I also loved the fact that the building has an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off after your beach day. A lovely unit that I would definitely stay in again.

Everything about the condo itself, the condition, decor, supplies, view of the ocean was excellent. The location was very convenient to Bethany Beach, Ocean City Beach/Boardwalk and Assateague Island. It was a perfect stay! I would definitely rent again!

What a wonderful spot! We are a family of four and were completely comfortable in this adorable condo! The decor was so charming and the kitchen was just perfect for what we needed. The space was immaculate when we arrived, and everybody at the Marylander was so accommodating. Definitely can’t wait to go back!!

Great accommodations. Very clean. Great ocean view. Unfortunately we arrived late and the room number was not given so we tried calling the host at 10:30 at night without an answer. We did figure out that it was on our parking tag and luckily we were able to get into our room. Otherwise we had a fabulous time.

Our stay here was wonderful. The place was clean and very comfortable. It was so nice having two queen size beds in the bedroom. The view was exactly as shown. The whole building felt very welcoming. The pool area was great and they even have a game room in the building which I didn’t realize. I would definitely stay here again.

Great communication, great space, right by the beach, lots of restaurants. Need to take down that there’s no hot tub., but the indoor pool was very nice.Check in ag the front desk when you get there was easy and Sean and Deb were great with communication

great place with a view of the beach. The girl working the front desk wasn't at her post when we arrived which was the only hiccup. Also better instructions of how to unlock and specifically lock the key pad door would be good. For future visitors to lock you just press the lock button. I was trying to enter the code and that confused everything.

Very clean and homey with a great view! The location was perfect, very friendly community and so convenient to the park for my pup. We had a great stay here and hope to book again next year!

Off season get away

The hosts were very helpful with the entire process - we will definitely stay there again. Great beach view, close to restaurants and a large park.

Anniversary Getaway

We love staying here! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and easy walking distance to a variety of eateries as well as Northside Park. Avoid the crowds and watch the fireworks from the 3rd floor sundeck.

Beautiful view and great location

The ocean view from the living room and balcony is amazing. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, stores, and places to eat. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, and silverware. An in unit washer and dryer is a great addition.

Home away from home!

Well-kept unit within view of the ocean! All the little touches made for a cozy experience. Pet friendly area with a park nearby to walk your dog. Truly an enjoyable experience!

Wonderful beach property

Had a wonderful stay! Great balcony and view. Clean, spacious living area. Communication with hosts was great and checking and checkout was super easy. We had a slight problem with the internet when we got there and the wonderful Tammy immediately fixed our problem for us! No issues after that. I would definetly rent again. Also great location! Park across the street for dogs. And great selection of food and drink very close by. Thanks for everything!

Really great condo! Perfect top floor corner with a balcony view of the ocean. Clean and well maintained (the kind of place that you can tell the owners care). Lots of cute decor. Wooden window/sliding door shutters are a nice touch throughout. Host was easy to communicate with and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Very walkable to many great spots (dining and shopping). We highly recommend ordering uber bagels online for pick up. Beach access, with life guards, is steps away. Has nice in unit washer/dryer. Furniture was comfy and made it feel like home. Cute game room on second floor and pool on ground floor. Elevator and pool had some minor issues that were rectified quickly (building management are very attentive). Building is very safe/secure with code access after hours when front desk staff are off. 10/10 would stay again!
