Full of large windows that fill its rooms with sunlight, this thoughtfully updated home makes a wonderful escape in the outskirts of downtown Denton. Whether you spend your days soaking up the sun on Lewisville Lake or perusing the great shops, restaurants, and bars in town, there's so much to enjoy nearby.

This home shares its property with an attached guesthouse, both opening to an expansive fenced yard shaded by mature trees. For shopping and dining, head to Denton Square, Fry Street, or Golden Triangle Mall, all within an easy four-mile drive. Spend gorgeous sunny days at Little Elm Beach on the lake (13 miles) or visit The Cove at the Lakefront indoor waterpark if the rain decides to roll in. Also close by are Texas Woman's University (three miles), the research centers of Discovery Park (five miles), and the University of North Texas (five miles).

After a day out and about, come home to play with your kids in the front or back yard and gather around the picnic table for a sunset dinner. Every essential is provided in the kitchen, from a suite of appliances to ample cabinet storage.

In the evenings, play cards around the dining room table, stream movies on the living room's smart TV, and use the complimentary WiFi to make plans for tomorrow or finish a few emails. Leave the day's clothes spinning in the washer/dryer and sleep soundly in four bedrooms - two with en suite bathrooms and all with central air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
