Sunrise Village Unit 114 is the perfect retreat for families or a small group with easy access to the beach. Beat the traffic & walk across the street to dining, local seafood market, ice cream shop & convenience store.

This 2 bedroom and 1 bath sleeps 5, with 1 queen, twin bunkbed over full-size bed & a queen sleeper sofa.

Condo - Sunrise Village is a low rise 2 story condo complex with a family friendly atmosphere.

The Space - Sunrise Village Unit 114 offers an open living room and kitchen space, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a small dining table. A well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The Location - Premium location near the desirable West Beach Blvd. Offering easy and direct access to the beach, a heated pool, free parking and free Wi-fi.

Just minutes from dining and family fun attractions - The Beach House Kitchen, S & S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream, The Hangout, Miniature golf, and much more!

We enjoyed our time at this establishment it was smaller then our others in the past but overall good stay good communication with host good environment around close to beach and local store

Beautiful room. Easy access to the beach. Easy access to restaurants. There is a convenient store right across the road. We loved our stay.

Quaint little condo right on the beach!!! Perfect as described, friendly reminder that the blue chairs on the "Deck" are shared by all guests, so get there early :)

We had an amazing vacation. The condo had all that we needed and Marla was great at communicating and answering questions. The location to the beach was perfect. We will definitely return again and tell our friends about it!

Outstanding location

What a great location on the beach - can make a cup of coffee in the morning and walk out to the beach!! Marla was very responsive with questions - and we would stay here again. thank you!

Host was so excellent to us, gave us suggestions on places to eat, activities, and places to shop. She even let us check in early which was very helpful. Would highly recommend Mrs Marla she’s outstanding, very good communication, and just all around nice and helpful!!!

Graduation gift trip for my granddaughter!

The room was just the right size for us. Everything was clean! No one complained about the beds! An icemaker would be nice, but the store across the street had what we needed!!

Small quaint condo! Loved being super close to the beach for sunrise and sunset viewing! Owner was super attentive and quick to respond! Loved the restaurant across the street! Only cons…the stairs! The ones closest to the unit were super narrow and proved to be challenging if carrying items up or down. Also property is currently rebuilding the end set of stairs closest to the beach.
