Absolutely beautiful property. The ocean front views and beautifully furnished condo were magnificent for a vacation get-a-way. We had everything that we needed in the villa. The owners did a really nice job in terms of providing what a vacationer might need.

My family (two adults and two teens) spent two weeks at this property. It had everything we were looking for. The property is as described, the ocean view is great, the access to the beach is quick and easy, the property managers were very responsive, and the condo was comfortable. The neighbors were very nice with almost no noise - very quiet at night. We had a nice mix of being active and busy or just relaxing. We had day trips to Savannah, Beaufort, Bluffton, eating out, shopping, biking, and time on the beach. We also had some relaxing time in the condo, on the balcony and cooking. We enjoyed our time there very much and would love to return.

Perfect beach view!

Unit is beautiful and well-stocked. Has a lovely beach view. Owner is very attentive. We love this location on the island for getting to any great restaurant without having to drive very far. Would stay here again

Love the Sea Cloister, always a great place to stay. This condo was great. Bathrooms have been updated. Great for a quick girls trip.

Spectacular View

The beachy decor condo overlooks the beautiful full ocean view. We sunned at the pool, walked the white sand beach and enjoyed listening to the sounds of the sea.

Great place. Awesome large balcony overlooking beach and pool. Short walk on boardwalk to huge beach. Condo had everything we needed. Private gated property.

Best Oceanfront Spot on HHI

You can't beat staying at Sea Cloisters and we thoroughly enjoyed this particular unit. It had everything we needed and was a comfortable and nicely updated unit. Just steps to the beach and pool. Only thing we wish was for a ramp to the beach instead of stairs but the owner can't help that. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway

My wife and I, along with another couple, dropped our kids off at summer camp and drove here for the week. We arrived late at night, but had no trouble getting in and getting situated. Our stay, was fantastic. The view was great, the beach was fun and inviting, and we also found a great restaurants close by as well as golf.

Paradise in HHI

Wonderful view, beautiful unit, furnished perfectly and well-stocked in the kitchen. Great having personal laundry appliances in the condo. Perfect location on the island for being able to get to restaurants in each direction. Thoroughly enjoyed our week, would stay here again.

Relax and watch the ocean

Wonderful location. Watch the waves roll in from the balcony or stroll along the beach. Gated access means privacy and security. The condo is beautiful and well equipped.

Lovely View

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, restful, and quiet. Lovely view to enjoy watching the ocean when it was calm as well as stormy. We would have liked an empty kitchen cabinet to store our food and supplies instead of cluttering the countertop.

Best place on HHI!

This was our second time at Sea Cloisters 310. It is our favorite place to stay while vacationing. We love the view and proximity to the ocean. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and both bathrooms are spacious. Any questions you have are answered in a timely fashion. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and view

You have a great view of the beach and ocean from the unit and a very short walk to it. The unit is lovely with updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen has full size appliances. The in-unit washer/dryer is very handy.

Best Condo in Folly Beach!

The facility is gorgeous with beautiful landscaping, spotless pool and perfect grilling area. Elevators always worked quickly. The path to the beach is short and easy to walk. The cabana folks are helpful and rent is reasonable. Other guests and owners were friendly and considerate. We really enjoyed the condo because everything is in great condition and clean. Beds are very comfortable. This is the most enjoyable beach stay!“Delightful” is our one-word review.

Perfect Beach Location

Beautiful condo and just steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being so close to the beach. Our unit had beach towels, though we used our own, and beach chairs. Pool was not heated, but we didn’t drive 11 hours to swim in the pool. We really liked the keyless lock as I didn’t have to worry about my teens misplacing one.

We enjoyed the property very much. One issue we were not happy with was there were 3 different times when maintenance came into the condo. We were only there for 4 days and 3 maintenance visits felt like an intrusion on our privacy. There was also a layer of dirt and grit on our truck from the building being powerwashed.

Thank you for your comments. Our building has just completed an 18 month massive project of rebuilding balconies, painting, updating lighting, and replacing the roof. We are at the very end of an extremely long, expensive and wonderful renovation and hope that the beauty of the renovation and upgraded safety was worth the inconvenience of maintenance tidying up a few details. All is complete at long last.
