This property had a phenomenal view as it is ocean front. We snorkelled right off of the back patio. In the morning stingrays would swim right by. The pool was refreshing after the hot afternoon sun. We walked almost everywhere (grocery store, restaurants, bakery, liquor store etc.) for those who tire easily or have mobility issues the jitney bus passes right infront of the property and it a great way to get to downtown Nassau!!We cannot say enough good things about the hosts Florian and Bianca. They were a delight and gave such amazing information and hospitality. You will not be dissapointed with the friendliness of the hosts, property management and residents of Nassau.Our flight was cancelled on the morning of departure and we were a bit panicked to find somewhere to stay on such short notice for our party of 6. Florian and the property owner were amazing and offered us an additional night in the property (despite the owners having planned to check in to their home that day)The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy and enough washrooms. The outdoor space was our favourite feature of this property. There is a beach right at the property and we enjoyed it daily.

November family vacation

Wow, the view when we first walked in was spectacular! What a great place to wake up to every morning. Pro's Location - Outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown with grocery and liquor stores, multiple restaurants all within 10 minute walk. We enjoyed dinner at Spritz, Blue Sail, Socialhouse and Twisted Lime. Big comfortable living area with a couch big enough to seat our family of 7, as well as enough loungers and couches outside for everyone to relax. Private beach - there is a private beach for the complex which was nice. The amount of beach depended on the tide/time of day but we spent alot of time here. Florian gave us a tour of the area on the day of arrival which was very helpful. Cons Pool is not heated - we barely used it as it was quite cold, this is understandable given the heating cost however beware of the time you go as we went in November and the pool was not really enjoyable. Basic supplies - We did not have enough toilet paper, soap, dish tabs, garbage bags for a family of 7 for a week. It seems this may be a general rental thing that you are responsible for anything other than the small amount initially provided however this was surprising as we were coming from far away and did not plan for these things. Overall we had a fantastic time here, the locals the friendliest people we have ever met. We took the bus into downtown multiple times and never felt unsafe. Note that we stayed at Caprice #8 as 9 was under construction.

Happy for this spot

Alicia met us on arrival and made sure we got all instructions. Ask as many questions as possible, she is accommodating. There were some minor setbacks like the alarm remote who the previous renter messed up and the local data but we had a great stay. Would recommend for big families!

Semi-Private Beach

The access to a beautiful reef, crystal clear warm water, and snorkeling was worth every penny staying at this location.

Highly Recommend!!

We vacationed with a party of 7. The house was perfect and has an amazing view! Well maintained, clean. Florian was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond!! He met us at the property and showed us where to find grocery store and a few good places to eat. He even gave us a ride! The grocery store is within walking distance as is the liquor store. Blue Sail is also close by. We went twice :). Thanks again for making our trip one to remember!

Amazing Family Vacation!!!

This beautiful home, veranda with private pool and ocean at our doorstep made for the most amazing family vacation. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The grocery store and many restaurants were within walking distance. The Jitney or bus was very easy to use and readily available. At $1.25, it was a cost effective way to get around Nassau. Taxis were everywhere and very eager to transport. We are very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and staff

This is a beautiful, clean, well-kept house. We are a group of 3 couples in our fifties and the bedrooms and common areas were well sized. We had 2 vehicles and had space to park them both behind a gated access, key coded area. There are multiple nice restaurant options within walking distance (Twisted Lime Sports Bar and Spritz Wine Bar and Restaurant as well as others) and we felt very safe walking back to the house later into the night. We drove to the grocery and liquor store but they are within walking distance if you don’t have a lot to carry back. We also spent a couple days cooking our evening meals in the house. We had plenty of room and good appliances in the kitchen as well as a lot of dining space. On one day Florian came and picked a few of us up and drove us to a local fresh seafood supplier to pick up lobster and fish which was awesome. Florian went above and beyond checking in with us a few times to make sure we were doing well, and we all enjoyed talking with him. Bianca was very helpful and informative as well, answering our questions before we arrived. Her upbeat and happy demeanor was fantastic. Alicia made sure the house was extremely clean and ready for us. They all did everything they could including letting us drop off our luggage early and stay a little after checkout while they started cleaning the upstairs area for the next guests. I would definitely stay in this house again and would recommend any house managed by Florian and his group.

Amazing hosts - Beautiful Villa

This oceanfront villa is as beautiful in person as it looks in the photos. We were a group of 7 adults and the villa had more than enough space. We felt safe here being that the villa has an alarm system and is located in a gated community. I highly recommend staying here. Florian was amazing, kind, responsive, and helpful, and picked us up from the airport. Florian and Bianca were extremely helpful with recommendations and flexible with check-in and check-out. If you are concerned with safety and the current travel warning to the Bahamas, Stay here! There are several places within walking distance such as the grocery store, liquor store, Wendy's, Sandy Port which has several restaurants, and Blue Sail. Blue Sail is a must!!! We loved our stay and first time experience in the Bahamas. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Florian and Bianca for a beautiful and safe villa and your hospitality.
