Very clean, updated, TVs in all rooms and nice little gift bag with accessories that we needed to start our vaca (toiletries)!Would book again for sure…

The condo was clean but does show some age. The a/c units were kind of loud but better than not having any a/c at all. Overall a good stay

The condo was very nice. You can tell the building is older but the condo had been updated nicely. Close to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store across the street. Would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our holiday weekend at the Sundance II. Loved the convenience of the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, newly updated and had all the features we wanted and needed. Host communicated very clearly and regularly about checkin /check out and was accessible if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Upon entering the property the neighbor blocked the entrance with two gates. I moved the gates to gain access to this property. My fiancé got to the top of the steps the neighbor met him and asked that we not move the gates as we found them up for her dogs and directed us to use the other stairway. Which wasn't as close to our parking space.The gates were not removed until the following day when they left the property. This property is smaller than we thought from pictures. The room with the queen/bunk beds doesn't have any space between the beds with a loud clicking noise from the ceiling fan. The king bedroom has an extremely small stand up shower. No room for turning! I will say this property is overpriced for an older condo. But the location is great. Beach access was great(across the street) and accessible to everything. The Host was very responsive but couldn't do much about the gate removal.
