The outside of the condo and the surrounding area looks sketchy. The unit itself was comfortable and clean. Lots of updates inside needed. The front door looked as though someone has busted it open as the frame seemed to have been re-secured to the property. Lots of peeling paint and painted over molded drywall in bathroom. The unit had everything I needed. Was locked out of unit for over thirty minutes and host was not responsive while locked out of unit therefore I had to call Vrbo customer service and they also had issues getting in contact with the host to reset the lock so that I could enter. This was at 12 midnight so not a comfortable feeling. there is a very musty odor in the hall. The cost is a little over priced based on the location and many things inside that should be replaced as opposed to putting paint on top of. Also the guest are not able to adjust the temperature as the gage on the wall is locked. The ceiling fan in the bedroom needs to be replaced. It makes a very loud sound that doesn’t go away which makes the fan useless.

This property is overpriced. It’s not in the best part of Homewood. The hallway going into the apartment and the apartment itself has an odd odor. My suitcase still smells like the place. The WiFi went in and out constantly making it difficult to watch television stations or movies on a streaming service. The host locked the Nest controller for the HVAC at 75degrees on cool! It’s New Year’s Day and 32 degrees outside! 62 degrees in the apartment! Bathroom has broken Sheetrock next to the tub.

Thank you so much for your review! We truly appreciate the feedback and will work on the specific items that you mentioned. Should you ever decide to stay with us again, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. We are very open to communication and were completely unaware of these issues going on (especially the thermostat/internet/odor). Our goal is always for our guests to have a pleasant experience and we apologize that yours was not the best. Well wishes to you and thank you again.
