A very cozy beautiful home in a very quiet and beautiful area. Hosts are very thoughtful and covered all of our needs. If available will make it a yearly spot to stay.

Cozyn Quiet and Restful

We had a great time coming in for a visit that was for a heavy reason. The house was perfect for us and well equipped. If you are looking for a quiet getaway please book this place!

Quick weekend trip

Home was very quaint. A true New England bunk house. It was very clean and well appointed. Communication with manager was very efficient. It was overall very good.

Very Nice!

Facilities were very clean and the whole house was very comfortable and a great end to the day for the crew. They were doing a very large job, and being able to stay in the area and have a nice place was paramount. Thank you!!

The property was mostly as described. There was a good amount of space for 4 people. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee pods. There were plenty of paper products and towels. Location was good and it was a quiet neighborhood. We would have liked to have known on the website about the stairs being very steep, both going into and in the house. This house is not handicap accessible. The house was not as clean as we expected. It could have used a good dusting. Two smoke alarms did not have batteries and the covers were off. While we did not have children with us, it would be helpful to know that some of the paint contains lead ahead of time.

Very clean in a nice area! Loved the character of the home and deeply appreciated the bottled water provided, since we are not fans of well water. WiFi was difficult to get a strong connection. Enjoyed our stay!

The pictures I took tell the story. I'll add them to the review if given the opportunity. The house is very run-down. Paint chipping, rotten wood on the entrance stairs and door frame. Exposed nails. Half the house is covered with a tarp. No A/C in the house except for two small window units in the two upstairs bedrooms. The stairs to get upstairs were incredibly steep, higher than code by several inches, and of suspect strength. Apparently the house is on a well as the refrigerator was packed with bottled water (which was nice). The first shower of our stay smelled like a old, musty, horse blanket. I suspect the house hadn't been rented for some time and the water heater sat full of musty well water. One of the kitchen lights had the bulb dangling by the wire in the bulb. The footboard in the master suite was half attached to the frame. There were water stains on the ceiling of that room from an obvious ceiling leak. No ice maker and no ice trays. There as a pan in the kitchen drawer that looked like it had never been washed. It was covered with some sort of black food residue. We never did get the internet to work. We did get connected to the router, but received the following notice "Not connected to the internet" every time we attempted a connection. The "entertainment" center was an old 32 inch Roku TV that connected to Prime if we used a past guest's passcode information. Nothing else worked. OVERALL TERRIBLE-- IT SHOULD NOT BE A VRBO PROPERTY!
