This place was falsely advertised. We had no access to the pool or deck since the pool had slime in it and the yard was guarded by two dogs. There was no coffee, shampoo or the basics. There was mold growing on the roof. It was on the Main Street with noisy traffic and blinds falling down. It was not worth the money and run by a corporation interested in getting a major return for very little input. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable.

Elsio , our host, was responsive and friendly . Our requests were handled quickly and perfectly. We would highly recommend this rental and the space looked like the photos provided.This rental is a second floor apartment in a historic (late 1800’s) house that has been converted into rental units. The apartment was sparkling clean, and the bedrooms were quite large. We stayed in winter, so we didn’t use the outdoor facilities. The stairs to the apartment are indoors (which was fantastic when the weather turned snowy.)Our favorite space was the dining room in the morning. It was bright and filled with the morning light . It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning cup of tea. BTW an electric kettle in the kitchen made it a snap to make our tea.Our group found both beds comfortable and each bedroom as well as the living room had large tv’s installed. It seems the decor is a minimalistic look, so there are not a lot of comfort or extra items around the apartment for guest use (eg:condiments, spices or extra cooking ingredients like oil or flour & sugar, or oven/baking pans, mixing bowls, k-cups for the coffee maker, shampoo, and tissues were not provided, so bring your own extras to make your stay comfortable. A 4 piece place setting (except only 3 mugs) of tableware and flatware is provided.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Elsio’s home while visiting for a graduation. The apartment was exactly what they needed—spacious bedrooms and bathroom, plenty of comfortable seating, and air conditioning throughout, which was especially appreciated.Communication with Elsio was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, we discovered the living room TV remote was missing. After we let him know, he quickly checked with the cleaning team and confirmed it was likely gone. Within just a few hours, he had purchased a replacement remote, brought it over, and set it up himself. Crisis averted!The apartment is located on the second floor of the home. While the staircases are somewhat narrow, the handrails are sturdy and secure. I was initially concerned about this because my parents are elderly, but it ended up not being an issue at all.Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.
