A short 5-minute walk to the Gulf Coast white sand beach! Fun beach décor in this park model cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Also has more sleeping area for the kids in the great "Bunkhouse"! Outdoor deck area with fire table and outside TV to enjoy those beautiful Florida evenings. Located directly across from the pool! Great location close to restaurants, stores and all of what Scenic Drive has to offer. Come, relax and enjoy your beach vacation with us!

Our family had the best time staying here . It was clean , comfortable and extremely accessible for our children especially our 3 year old autistic son. The walk to the beach is a breeze. We felt right at home . Communication with the hosts was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back .

Beachside paradise!

Clean, spacious space and fantastic outdoor seating area with a large tv and everything we needed to grill out. Responsive, friendly hosts. Very great location with it being a literal 5 minute walk to the beach! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in a nice quiet rv resort. Short walk to the beach. There are restaurants and shops close by as well. The house suited our family perfectly. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the front porch every morning. Our host was really the best. They were very welcoming and communicative. If I had any questions they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 had a great six night stay! The home was so cute and comfortable for us. The pool is directly across from the home which was beyond perfect for our kids going back and forth. We were the only ones at the pool all week which was awesome! Some other highlights included the outdoor shower that the kids thought was cool and especially the bunkhouse! Such a cute, fun, space for them to hangout, play together and relax. We brought our bikes with us on the trip. The beach is about a block away and we really enjoyed riding bikes along Scenic hwy 98 checking the area out. It was also nice that the neighborhood is gated so kids were able to ride their bikes up and down without us having to worry. We enjoyed grilling out in the evenings and eating on the porch. We enjoyed most mornings and evenings sitting and hanging out on the porch. The home had a washer & dryer which was super nice to keep up on laundry during our stay. This was the perfect home for our first family FL trip! Definitely recommend!!

Cute Cozy Cottage

The home was adorable. It was decorated so cute and the first impression was very positive. The outside deck was great for hanging out enjoying time together. The bunk house was super cute and efficient. The walk to the public beach was quick and easy. The owners were very friendly and willing to help in any way we needed, which we really had everything already there. We would recommend this home for a beach getaway!

Perfect Family getaway!

This was the perfect home for our family of four! While we originally planned for seven, some last-minute cancellations meant only four of us came but the house still felt cozy and welcoming. My boys absolutely *loved* the bunkhouse, and having the pool right across the driveway! The beach was just a quick 5-minute walk! One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower with hot water so convenient after sandy beach days!The icing on the cake was the owner's outstanding communication. Truly the best experience we've had with any host! Prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We are from Illinois. We have always absolutely loved Miramar Beach and have been visiting regularly for over 15 years now! We have always dreamed of having a place here and look forward to sharing our love for the area with you!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Miramar Beach is such a beautiful and fun place. The location of our home is quiet and within walking distance to the beach and our favorite restaurant Pompano Joes. We are located South of Highway 98 so once on site, you have the instant feeling of relaxation away from the busyness of life. There is a bike/walking path that parallels Scenic Drive which follows the beach. Many restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee are all close by. If you like donuts, check out Parlor Donuts, another one of our favorites! Although not on scenic, it is a short drive to get there. We hope you love the area and enjoy it as much as we do!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are located on a dead-end street and inside a gated community. Very peaceful and quite but only a block from sand and fun! Our cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths and a full outside deck area with TV a fire pit that is perfect to relax on after your day at the beach. If you are bringing your kids, they will love the Bunkhouse (ours do!). It is connected by the deck and has a triple bunk bed, tv and bean bag chairs for the kids to hang out together.

We look forward to families enjoying good times together away from the hustle and bustle of how busy lives are these days.
