This quiet neighborhood home is just 10 minutes from historic downtown, Wilmington and beautiful Wrightsville beach with easy access just miles from I-40, with great local shopping and restaurants. The house is completely renovated and extremely clean, with new floors and paint . Three spacious bedrooms with new beds, Roku tvs, ceiling fans and ample closet space in each. Hallway washer and dryer. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher as well as a stovetop with oven, microwave , toaster, keurig coffee maker and fully functioning refrigerator with freezer. Dedicated workspace for computer with wireless Wi-Fi. Fenced in backyard with canopy covered patio, with seating and cornhole. Private driveway with well lit walkway to the enclosed, wraparound, covered front porch with swing.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. We have family in the neighborhood and it is a very convenient location. Nice comfortable king bed which is not easy to find in homes at this price range.Will be staying again.

As a host myself I was very please to find the listing just as it was described, as well as very clean. Just those 2 things alone made us very comfortable, and there was more than enough supplies. You will find the accessibility to everthing within 7 minutes away. Great stay...

Very nice place to stay at Wilmington. House is in a great location and very nice and clean. It was perfect for us and our friends. It is located approx 12 minutes from beach and downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Listing price was very affordable. The property was spacious. Host let us check in early and gave us time to stay in. Host was very communicative. Everything was clean and nice. Backyard was amazing. Water was left for us, and rides to the beach and bars weren’t far and were pretty cheap. 10/10 stay would highly recommended and will be coming back in the future!

Great location, close to UNCW and son’s apartment. Easy access to get in. House is super cute! Beds were comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it appeared to be fully stocked. Would stay again.

Weekend At Wilmington

This is a cute and cozy house. Everything was just like the description and pictures. The house had everything we needed for our family. Everything was clean upon arrival. Great place to stay! Will definitely come back again!

Quiet and inviting

The family went down for a soccer tournament. We loved the quiet and clean house and especially loved the big beds. The property owner had great communications and the house was well appointed. We hope to visit again.

Baseball 2025

We were in Wilmington for a baseball tournament. The house has been beautifully remodeled and was spotless. This is one of the best we have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful weekend in Wilmington! The house was spotless, stocked and ready for us when we arrived. Our host was one of the best I have ever seen. Her communication was next level. She made us aware of events going on over our weekend there as well as pointed out some spots to see. We were looking at re-booking before we even left!

Newly remodeled place!

Nice place. Very clean. Newly remodeled. Flat screen TVs, good wifi, big beds, and a good size kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend this property.

The home was nicely decorated, bed were comfortable, internet and Directv was great, quick check in and such a quiet neighborhood!!
