Located in the Wilmington Downtown Historic District , this historical home is loaded with charm and elegance. Our goal in offering this home to you is to bring you the character of our early 1900’s home , while still giving you modern conveniences and comfort.

Throughout this home you will find the charm of a home built turn of the century such as a beautiful Keeping Room, hardwood floors along with modern amenities to help you relax and enjoy your time.

Perfect location - walk to downtown and the river, to coffee and restaurants. It’s in the historic district, so each home is more beautiful than the next in the neighborhood. The home is comfortable and clean and the host is friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful and the check in process was seamless. Craig was helpful when it came to some last minute changes as well! This home is beautiful.

This historic home is beautiful and walking distance to downtown Wilmington. The house is equipped with all essentials and some. The front porch and back porch is a great place to relax. It’s quiet and peaceful at all hours. The beds are comfortable and each room has an ac floor unit in case you are hot natured. The bathroom is a nice balance of southern and modern. The host was professional and responded quickly. Definitely would stay here again when I am back visiting family. Thank you.

The perfect stay!! The house was very roomy and perfect for allowing for small gatherings. UNCW graduation made this a perfect stay in location and the ability to gather family for celebration. Parking on the street was easily found. The decor of the house is charming. The outside was perfect for the dogs. The host was helpful and there are no complaints. Highly recommend!

Great location! Everything within walking distance. Very clean … beautiful old house. Our dog loved the great walks around downtown Wilmington and hanging out on the front porch. Really liked the portable dog fence for the porch. We would definitely come back to Church St.

We returned to Wilmington on a road trip because we liked the neighborhood around Front Street so much! The house did not disappoint. It was a beautiful home with really nice elegant features. It was easy to park on the street. We loved sitting on the back porch as spring season was just beginning.

Lovely home and stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and honestly, one of the best stocked homes of the VRBO's we have stayed. I also loved all of the decorations that made it feel like home.

Can’t say enough great things about this home! It is extremely well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. Location is perfect and loved being able to walk to the river-walk every day. Look forward to renting again next time we are in the area!

Terrific hosts and house

Great location! Very close to historic downtown Wilmington and walkable to many restaurants and bars, and the boardwalk. The house was huge and clean with tons of amenities. We highly recommend this house!

My wife (Char) and I manage the rental of this home for our lifelong friends Ron and Carol who live out of state and use this as a vacation home until they retire. They have furnished the home for themselves so you will not find some of the shortcuts you often find in investment properties. The master bedroom is locked off with the owners personal possessions but the rest of the house is included with your stay. My wife and I have been renting our own home for several years and have learned how to make your experience enjoyable and not corporate. You will access the home electronically so you will never see us unless you request to. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
