Located in the Wilmington Downtown Historic District , this historical home is loaded with charm and elegance. Our goal in offering this home to you is to bring you the character of our early 1900’s home , while still giving you modern conveniences and comfort.

Throughout this home you will find the charm of a home built turn of the century such as a beautiful Keeping Room, hardwood floors along with modern amenities to help you relax and enjoy your time.

with decorative fireplaces and queen and king beds.

*Beautifully remodeled bathroom with shower and romantic soaking tub to relax away your stress.

*Kitchen amenities include coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen island with bar stools along with a Dining Room with a decorative fireplace and a table that seats 6 people

Beautiful home in a great location

Craig’s house is a beautiful historic home in a great location. My family could walk downtown and to the river very easily! Craig was great with communication as well.

Lovely home and stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and honestly, one of the best stocked homes of the VRBO's we have stayed. I also loved all of the decorations that made it feel like home.

Fantastic stay!

Great house in a great location! Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Very easy walk to shops and restaurants. Only small request would be curtains in the bedroom because the mornings were bright. But no other issues at all. Loved our stay here and we’ll be back!

Terrific hosts and house

Great location! Very close to historic downtown Wilmington and walkable to many restaurants and bars, and the boardwalk. The house was huge and clean with tons of amenities. We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Wilmington Home

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops we could walk too. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The beaches were a short drive away. Off street parking but we had no issues. Will definitely stay here again

Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and still has a lot of the details from the time period. The backyard is fenced and the dogs enjoyed exploring. The location is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and river walk.

Nice and safe neighborhood in a 100 year old home!Great location, and near the River. Home is very comfortable and well supplied. Responsive off site manager!Do not fail to eat at Olivero Italian restaurant, 2 blocks away!

Historical Wilmington Gem

A beautifully restored home just a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk. The homeless clean and updated. The backyard was perfect for our dog. We were able to run and walk the riverfront as well as enjoy great food and coffee. It was good to be back in Wilmington and we are grateful we found such a wonderful home to stay.

Thanksgiving retreat!

Loved the house, great location. Easy walk to downtown and water front area (restaurants and shops). Great size bedrooms and large kitchen. Screened in porch on the back of the house was a plus. Very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is amazing and decorated beautifully! The location is great! Walking distance to so many great downtown spots and a short drive to the beach. In addition to being beautiful, the house was immaculate! We would definitely stay here again!!

Wilmington Historic Home

This lovely home in a quiet neighborhood of historic Wilmington was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable, with all that we needed for our vacation. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the sweet porches in the evenings.

Wonderful stay in historic Wilmington

This home had all the modern conveniences for a wonderful long weekend in Wilmington - plus historic charm with a quiet block location that was near everything! Immaculate condition, clean, and so comfortable. Even a home office. Tons of room. This one is a gem!

Relaxing

We stayed in late June with our 6 month old puppy and it was a perfect set up! Close enough to walk to just about every meal in the downtown area. Porches were used every day for coffee and cocktails. Rooms were comfortable and the architecture and decor were lovely. Note - the house did not show up on our Ghost Tour 🙂. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

This beautiful historic home was absolutely wonderful location location location. Two blocks to the Riverwalk and the streets were gorgeous. Flooded with history. Inside, the house was spotless and gorgeous. Look like it came out of coastal living. I must’ve taken 20 pictures of the upstairs bathroom! A comfortable modern kitchen- just a great place to go. And if you’d like coffee on a gorgeous front then you’ll be sold This is the place

Cozy & Comfortable Historic Home

This has to be one of our favorite VRBO rentals! The house is so cozy and comfortable, beautifully and tastefully decorated with antiques and contemporary touches. The kitchen was perfect with an eat-in island and opened to comfortable sitting area. The VRBO description and pictures was very accurate. The location put us in walking distance of the historic downtown and the river front. Loved exploring the shops and eating at the variety of restaurants. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful throughout our visit. We'd definitely recommend this rental!!

Lovely Victorian Home in downtown Wilmington

We stayed at this property over Easter weekend and we had a lovely time. The front porch is fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the spring weather. The house is delightful, however, we were unable to get the TV to work to watch March madness, which was disappointing given that the games were on over the air TV, and not cable. Wish they had a good old digital antenna to bypass YouTube TV, which continues to be very unreliable during big sporting events. Alas, the host was very responsive to our questions and even provided some lovely restaurant recommendations. If we return, we would for sure try to stay here again but maybe not during the tournament.

Wonderful home

It's was beautiful!!! Close to everything downtown. Could also walk if it was warmer while we there. Only downside is no driveway and there was always a car parked directly in front of house. We were there 4 days and always a car directly in front. So that was a bummer. Other than that it was wonderful.

My wife (Char) and I manage the rental of this home for our lifelong friends Ron and Carol who live out of state and use this as a vacation home until they retire. They have furnished the home for themselves so you will not find some of the shortcuts you often find in investment properties. The master bedroom is locked off with the owners personal possessions but the rest of the house is included with your stay. My wife and I have been renting our own home for several years and have learned how to make your experience enjoyable and not corporate. You will access the home electronically so you will never see us unless you request to. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
