This house was awesome, perfect for our family! Very clean and affordable. The pool area was great, our kids had so much fun and it was a short 2 minute drive to the beach.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of space for 2 and the location was a 5 minute drive to the beach. Hope to return some time in the future.

My rental was clean and cozy. Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Kitchen had everything I needed. I would stay again when it is warmer

We were there for 7 nights and only had enough amenities for a weekend stay.

Just to clarify, we stock towels based on the maximum occupancy of the property, not the length of stay, We also provide starter amenities to help get guests settled in. Beautiful Space

Stayed in a smaller unit last year, and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious this one bedroom was. The location was fabulous, the unit was spotless and the furnishings were in excellent shape, comfortable bed, and nice privacy.

My dogs loved having this space versus a hotel or RV and it was so close to the beach as well as having its own pool. The only thing that could have made it more convenient was a dog park on this part of the island but that may not be possible. I truly enjoyed this stay!

Can't Wait to Come Back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property blew us away. Despite being so close to the beach, it was in amazing condition! It was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had so many pans and items to use which was a big selling point for us. Literally the only thing I could *kind of* complain about was water pressure, as it was low which made showers a little slower, but that was such a minute detail that we are already looking to book our next getaway here again!

Initially we were asked to be there for pest control which is odd, and we replied we were concerned about chemicals around our pets so we asked not to have the treatment. Mgmt agreed but we came back one day to find a note saying it had been done anyway. Not cool. We won’t be back.

Hi Roy! We completely understand where you are coming from and please accept our apologies for this oversight. We see where you declined treatment and we relayed that information to the Homeowner's Association. Unfortunately, between the HOA and the pest control company, that message was clearly dropped. We have since addressed this with all companies including our staff and we sincerely hope you'll reconsider and give us a chance to host you again under better circumstances.

The Just Right Spot...

We needed a little getaway from the city and this location was just the right spot. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and just about anything. It was like being cocooned in a little slice of utopia. Will definitely use them again.

Cute beach townhouse

We enjoyed our stay. Loved that they allowed pets. Walking distance to the beach. The yacht club amenities are a great bonus and everything you need to know is right there as you walk in. I would stay here again!

Cleanliness is a priority

The property is great, location is great but the cleanliness of the condo was not to my standards. I reached out to management and I will say they made attempts to make it right like waiving the cleaning fee and offering to send someone to clean. I declined the housekeeper, for my own reasons. However, the items left dirty are no brainers for me when cleaning a rental space and it made me think the unit had never been cleaned since the last renter. For this reason I probably will not stay here again. I’m HUGE on cleanliness!
